      I see a urologist at this location and Im having repeated billing issues that I have to call every 3 days about and when I call it takes me ********************************************************** the billing department. Today I reach someone after the 45 minutes on hold and she tells me her name is January??? Im not stupid. I just wanted her name in case someone asks me who I spoke to. She tells me January. So I explained to her that Im being harrassed every 3 days with text messages saying I have a statement that needs to be paid. I explained to her that I dont have a balance. Ive seen this doctor before and my ******** and supplement pick up the bill once my deductibles have been met and in this case they have. So she proceeds to tell me that they are waiting on the person who handles that part of the billing to return to work because she has been out of work for a few days. Thats nonsense. The billing department doesnt shut down because one person is out and Im sure January knows this. They are lying to me to justify the harassment every 3 days I get a text message. Its out of hand now. Leave me alone. I try to talk to them but they dont seem like they want to help me at all. I just get rushed off the phone and given phony names. Their customer service is lousy. Does January really think I believe thats her name?? Totally unprofessional. Leave me alone. I dont them anything

      I saw ********************** at the ******, ******* ****** on June 6, 2024 for a UTI situation for which he prescribed medication. He submitted the prescription to my online pharmacy. The pharmacy required clarification on the dosage of said prescription. They reached out 3 times in a one week period and reported there was no reply from the physician's ******. I called the dr's ****** June 10, 2024. Due to unclear optioning, I chose an option and got a recording. Left an exceptionally detailed message. No response. Called again June 12, 2024 and tried a different option. Got a live person who told me I got the wrong department but assured me she would pass along my detailed message to the head nurse. No response. June 20, 2024, I called again. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I asked the person who answered to speak to the ****** manager. No can do, I was told. Another detailed message to be passed along to the ****** manager. No response. June 25, 2024, received a message that they required information from ME. Don't know why as doctor is the one on the hook and he has ALL my information. Tried to return the call. Again, was not told which option to pick, so I chose an option and left yet another message. No response. In the meantime, 3 weeks have passed and I still have not received my medication.

      My family ******* *************************** referred me to see ********************************** at "H3430**35383334333438H" Address: ********************************************************************. But I am not allowed to see him, because in 2018&#**; I saw **************************************************** who I did not want to ever see again. I called back to make an appointment with another ******* and they told me that you are not allowed to see another doctor here, once you see a particular doctor here, he will always be your doctor forever, I told them I did not like his bedside manners, and some young woman I spoke to put notes on my account in 2018&#**; saying I said "he was an idiot" which is not true, but moving forward, I would like to make an appointment to see *********************************** because I have heard good things about him, and my doctor referred me to him, I am 67 years old, and a legal handicapped person for 23 years. I ask of you to please help me see the doctor of may choice for my kidneys, and prostate issues per my family ******* ********************************* God Bless, and Watch Over You and Your Family.
