      The doctors there are very uncaring Don't pay attention to what their patients can and cannot take as far as medications I was seeing Dr ******** and he knows I'm in pain and I'm waiting month to month for my operation and then for the final visit I still have a while to go and they refuse me anymore pain medicine even though I did as they asked and went to the emergency room to see what was wrong but the thing is is that they tried to kill me twice they called me in NSAIDs and I'm deadly allergic to clean allergic to them you call and call and don't get anybody they never respond to you The only person that was helping me there was the triage nurse and I just got a call from her saying that the doctor won't prescribe me any more pain medicine even though it's the only thing I can take and he suggested Tylenol or ibuprofen I can't help it if the opioid medication is the only one that helps me this is so hard being disabled without a car having these doctors tell you to just go ahead and stay in pain while you're waiting for your appointment is insane I don't know what to do but this is a huge display of uncaring doctors and you can see on their ****** review most of them are one star rating a lot of them are the same as the complaint that I am having thank you

      My visits with my Dr there were great, very professional, close to scheduled appt time. Its the customer service that is terrible and no matter who you tell about it it doesn't matter. You cant get a live voice and when you go through the selections to select the department you need you get voice mail there as well and it says "We will return your call within two days", two days say what? And what worse then that is two, three, four days later you don't ever get a call back and have to do this all over again. from scheduling anyway. The only way that you get a call back is to select option 8 to have them return your call so you don't have to stay on hold (which is indefinite). When you do get the call back its not the department you need and they just transfer you to that "voice mail" again. I have left multiple voice mail messages for Dakota and even left my number for a call back three times and when they called me back I "begged" them not to transfer me and to try and see if Dakota was available. They checked and said she was with a patient but that they messaged her with my information and she would call me back as soon as she was done with the patient. THREE TIMES I've done that in the early morning hours and STILL did not get a call back. They need to fire their director of administration and hire someone who is capable of fixing the issues. The biggest complaint about Advanced Urology Institute of Daytona is that they NEVER call you back. I have to literially take time off from work and drive 30 minutes to their office then when in person they handle whatever I need like its not a problem at all so WHY CAN'T I GET A CALL BACK SO I DONT HAVE TO DRIVE AN HOUR ROUND TRIP TO THE OFFICE????? I even e-mailed the companies CEO and a week has gone by with NO reply so I guess their lousy and incompetent customer service starts at the top?
