      BEYOND RUDE AND OFFENSIVE. If you want to be insulted, give these guys a try.

      Water softener: I paid more than $5K for their water softener system which was supposed to come with a year of salt service. So far, they have skipped each time and I have to call to remind them.

      Water delivery: I have filled out their credit card form to keep my card of file and still I've had 2 months of calls for a credit card to pay my bill. When I said I'd fille out the form twice, the clerk - the rude and obnoxious clerk - ask if I'd mailed it in and then laughed when I told her she was being rude.

      Get service anywhere else - ANYWHERE!

      Upon researching this account, we do see that the salt deliveries were missed and were rescheduled. The water delivery was due to be skipped due to non pay on the account. Customer advised auto pay info was sent in. We do show that the auto pay form was emailed to the customer but we never received it back via email, this is why the admin asked if it was mailed in. Our admin. was just trying to figure out if the form came in a different way other than her email.

      They are the worse their bookkeeping is very poor. I stopped doing business with when they picked up my returns, I had 2 empty bottles plus 6 full. they will not return to purchase price of the full bottles they told me i could have tempered with them. They have no proof that they emptied the bottles and you know what they did !They delivered to the next person. So poor booking keeps and general assumptions I am the bad person. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CULLIGAN WATER DAYTONA BEACH THEY CHEAT YOU AND STEAL FROM YOU CAN I GET A - IN FRONT OF THOSE STARS

      Policy is we are not to accept full bottles as a return. We do collect empty Culligan bottles and apply bottle deposits to accounts. Empty bottles are then sent back to the bottling plant to be checked, sanitized, and refilled for future use. Customers are advised to use full bottles prior to returning them or cancelling account as they are not returnable. The bottles in question here, were not picked up by the route delivery rep, but these were picked up by a service technician in a smaller open bay truck. These bottles must be full when transporting to the warehouse in order to keep them from flying out of the back of the truck. These bottles were dumped by the technician upon returning.

      In-regards to the book keeping, this customer was on a monthly bottle plan. Bottle plans include a rental water cooler and a set number of bottles to be delivered each month. Bottle plans are billed one month in advance and all customers are made aware of this prior to water or cooler being delivered. This is why we always recommend a customer use their full water bottles through the end of any given month prior to cancelling an account as they have already paid for them in advance and are not returnable to sanitary reasons.
