    Beware! Do NOT trust this company with your business information! I hired Alexa Media Marketing to provide SEO and software development for my small business. I provide a niche service where I assist contractors in obtaining their licenses. I gave them access to my website and to proprietary information for the purpose of website marketing, SEO, and software development. Once they had all my business information, the owners of Alexa Media Marketing formed a competing company, Contractor Licensing Pros LLC using MY business model and online presence as a benchmark for their competing company. Their contractor licensing website contains information directly from my website. They also hired one of my ex-employees and are misrepresenting her work at my company as their own experience in contractor licensing. I would not trust this business whatsoever with any of your information!

    This review is to warn others to beware of this company. They will take your money and guarantee you a refund if not 100% satisfied. Long story short we have requested a refund multiple times and they have stopped responding.

    Do Not Engage with this organization. I believe they are setup for and intend to commit fraud. I paid for two different services to get my business listed on voice searches and directories. And they have not followed through with any of it. They stay engage long enough to take your money, and then go silent. No progress updates, missed meetings, no reply to calls or emails. They are awful. I am in the process of trying to get my money back. I will also be looking into filing a criminal complaint and charges.
