    I placed an order on 9/13/22 for Landtec to locate by survey pins because I am having a fence installed on 10/25/22. I paid for the service in advance on the same day. After not hearing anything for two weeks, *****************, the construction manager, called and assured me on a voicemail that this job would done at the beginning of the week of 10/10. At that time, he apologized for the delay. This job has not been completed to date and it is 10/19. I emailed general processing email address and construction email addresse that ***************** had emailed me from previously on Friday 10/15 to follow up. I did not receive a response to my email. I left **** a lengthy voicemail yesterday (Tuesday 10/18) morning and I have not received a call back. I emailed again this morning and I called again this afternoon. I was again directed to ********************* voicemail. It has been 5 weeks since I placed this order and paid for this work. I need this work completed no later than Friday to keep my project on schedule.

    Good afternoon,
              After review, the order that was placed with ** was a request to stake the property corners of our client's property - *************************************************. The client had stated that they needed the service to be completed the Friday of the week this complaint was submitted (Friday Oct. 21). Attached you will see the pictures our field technician took of the successfully set stakes in the ground, and the date of the upload of those pictures being on the 21st of October. This evidence shows our crew was able to complete the service by the required date. Thank you.

    ****************, located in ***************, ******* obtained LandTech Surveying and Lien to survey land that I was planning on purchasing in **********, *******. I went for a closing on 08/19/2022. I have been to the land on 07/29, 08/15, and 08/20/22, looking for property line marker/flags on property and nothing was there. I called Land tech surveying and ****, spoke with ****** (job/order# ******-CE). During conversation, ****** stated I have to pay for them to survey property. I sent her an email stating: There Is no property line marker/flag on the property. If you are refusing to put the flag, I will be reporting to the better business bureau, consumer affair, and the title company, if this is the service your providing. I would like to know when someone is going out. Please advise.I contacted the ************** spoke with ******** on 08/24/2022, who in turn reported to me via email that I was able to speak to the *************** Markings were set on 7/27/2022 and they sent you a confirmation by email. If you wish for crew to return to field, it will be additional charge. ****** at Land Tech and Lien after receiving my email sent pictures of someone elses property and have not sent me a full view picture of my property with the property markers/flags and that email was sent on 08/24/2022 not on 07/27/2022.At this point, I strongly believe that Land Tech surveying and **** is trying to defraud and extort more money from me. I would like either for them to go back out and survey the property or they should refund me my money, so I can get a reputable company to go out to the property and perform the proper assessments.Thank you.

    I tried to attach our photos showing all the flagged property corners and the sketch of survey in addition to a photo of the front of the property. The utility pole in the center of the front of the property and the capped NW corner are specific proof that we completed our services - however, your website is not allowing it. The photos are dated 7/22/2022 and the final sketch of survey was delivered on 7/25/2022. The survey was conducted at the request of the title company specifically to illustrate any possible encroachments, physical encumbrances or title defects to facilitate a real estate transaction and our services fulfilled the scope of services. 
    We cannot guarantee any flag placement once we leave the property as they are simply markers for the permanent corner monuments and can be easily removed.
    I specifically refute any claims of fraud or deceit.

    I am rejecting this response because on the day, they allegedly stated they went out, there was no sticks on the property.  It is apparent that they did not go out to the property.  I would like them to send the pictures to me via email or next day delivery.  They have a history of doing this shady practice to  consumers, which is seen by the reviews on line.   I am requesting a refund, so that I can obtain a reputable company

                    Attached are pictures and filed regarding the subject property.
    Our records indicate that we had indeed set flags and stakes on 7/22/2022 when the crew visited the property. Please see photo showing the field crews upload dates for the also attached photo evidence of said flagging and staking.

    I have also attached Further Information regarding the information for the lot we were ordered to survey by our client, *****************, and evidence that we surveyed that same lot. Please see attached photos. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because the picture one does not indicate my property, it shows a picture of a boot in an unknown location.  Picture two is not my property because there is no fence/pillar.  I would like a refund of my money as this is fraud.

    As previously indicated, we have indeed performed the service asked of us on the property that was requested. This can be seen from our crew's front picture of the property being identical to the picture that the County  is recognizing as the lot we were requested to survey, as well as matching our client's info that was provided to us at the time of the order. If the lot we were requested to survey does not match the lot that the buyer was shown by the Realtor, then I refer to my previous message about how we have seen this situation in the past, where a vacant lot is mistaken for another by third parties. That being said, we will not take responsibility for the incorrect lot possibly being shown to the buyer as we simply conducted our survey on the lot we were ordered to by our client.
