    3 months ago threw my title company I used landtec surveying without any objection because I requested my drawings in DWG format and that was supposed to be the deal. Well it never happened and I really wasn't that worried about it because I figured whenever I really need it they would just take a second and send it to me. Well you would of think I asked them for a kidney when I finally got ahold of a man I believe his name was Mike. Well he kept me on hold for 10 minutes and when he came on the line he was very rude, condescending and unprofessional. Then he hung up on me. I wish I could let the people of south Florida know that there are plenty of options and this one in my opinion is the worst one of them all.
