    On April 13th, I was looking to purchase a new phone through my carrier Metro PCS. The nearest location using my zip code of ***** was *******************************************************************************************************. When I arrived there, there was NO open business there accoring to their website listed! it was a PLASTERED windowed Metro PCS advertisement display with a DEAD lock on the handle as in they shut down PERMANENTLY! This is called FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Also, after going through 3 or 4 agents and a supervisor, I somehow LOST my connection and had to find another store. By this time NONE were open & I had to do a no-show for work as I had NO PHONE CONNECTION which is needed to clock in or let supervisor know what was the issue! This is UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

    We would like to clarify that our stores are independently owned and operated by authorized retailers. This means each location is individually managed, and unfortunately, we do not have direct oversight of the store at *************************************** We recommend that you contact the store operator directly to share your experience and concerns. We do not own this location.
    Additionally, since this issue involves store listings and customer service at a broader level, we strongly encourage you to also submit your feedback directly to a corporate store. They are responsible for the accuracy of store listings on the website and can address concerns that extend beyond individual retailers like us.

    Hello, 

    We looked into the compaint and we are not aware of any customer named ******* ******, we do not see any invoice with the amount in question. The phone number that is on the letter is a New York area code and we are located in *******. When looking in our system we see that he called a call center to create his account. I am assuming that the customer called ********************** By ***********************'s customer service to get something done on his account and probably used the nearest address to file the complaint. We are a dealer and not a corporate store. I hope this clears this complaint up.
