    T-mobile continued to charge me for over a year for service on 2 Apple Watches. When I called to ask them to reimburse me they said they couldnt find the notes. When I advised the Conversation started on the mobile app and to look at transcripts the *** told me they couldnt do that because those conversations were only for training purposes. So if you tell them to cancel a service they will tell you did but they actually dont. Very unethical.

    Thieves!! Do not get T-Mobile! Honestly. I would never say that about a company unless I legitimately knew facts and they screwed me over personally . If you are not happy with service they will not refund any money you paid ,even if you did not continue with the using their service. I paid $50 on Sept 14 , could not get service to work, so I switched the following day to a different company. T mobile refused to refund the monthly payment ,even tho I did not get what I paid for. go anywhere else so you dont get screwed over. Trust me. Thats robbery
