      The work performed by the technician was very well done and the cost was within reason, however I spent 10 minutes telling them what I needed to have done on the phone when I made the appointment only to have the technician arrive and ask me what he was there for...huh? Also when I made the appointment I was told that they needed the water turned off at the main for my condo for 2 hours between 10am and 12pm. I requested it be off from 10 to 1pm just to be sure. I assumed that this meant they would be at my condo at 10am to do the work. At 11am I called because no one had arrived and was told that the window was not to do the repair but a window for the technician to arrive to start the job. Fortunately he arrived around 11:45am and was able to do the work before the 1pm time I had given the condo association. I think a little more explanation of what that 2 hour window covers should have taken place.
