    I am extremely unsatisfied with the service from Pioneer Pest. When you pay for a service, you expect it to be done right the first timenot to have to keep retreating the issue. Unfortunately, this was not the ******* also took far too long to get the service canceled, and communication was very poor. A supervisor called me once but never followed up, and the salesman completely oversold the service and underdelivered. Based on my experience, I would not use this company at all.I paid for a job that wasnt completed to my satisfaction, and I want a refund for any monies spent.

    Pioneer was recommended to me and unfortunately I trusted the shared opinion. Pioneer is the worst performing lawn care company I've used in 20 years. Despite the "high recommendations" they have totally destroyed my large ******************. They continue to suggest solutions & have certainly sent more than enough "managers" to look at the "problem" but to date the problem continues to destroy my lawn. Frankly, there has been too much talk and not enough resolution. Despite the continuation of the lawn being destroyed, they have the nerve to continue to bill me for the service(s). Yes, the staff is courteous, yes the staff does "try", but whatever products they are using to address the issues that continue to destroy my lawn are NOT resolving the issues. I was also told that this company does not replace a destroyed lawn. That alone is reason to avoid Pioneer Pest Services.

    Pioneer has been in touch with me. The manager has been out here several times and they are attempting to resolve the problem. However it continues to get worse and I suspect they will need to resod the entire lawn. I'm not sure how this project or this complaint will end up but it's still alive in my mind. Thank you.

    I have been a customer for at least 5 years with this business. There is a standing note on the file that they are to contact me before coming so I can unlock my gate and make sure no one sprays the lawn with chemicals without permission because I have dogs. The tech did not call as noted in my file and showed up unexpectedly. He sprayed the front only because the gate was locked to the back. I was invoiced for full service when only half was provided. I tried to resolve it with phone calls, and emails all of which I have documentation. I even wrote to the head of operations as he was the person who signed me up years ago, but no response. That's fine, they don't have to care about their customers, but they can't bill for services that were not rendered. I canceled my service not because the Tech didn't call. Mistakes happen. I canceled because of how the mix-up was handled, how I was treated, and that they want payment for a service that they only completed half. I am not trying to get anything for free, I told them to send me a bill for half since they provided a half service. Again, I received a bill for full-service today. The bill is for full service, $66. I am willing to pay ONLY for the services that were rendered (1/2) which would be $33. I have enclosed the relevant documentation, but I have all if required. I communicated to the assistant via phone on more than one occasion that I would pay half after my emails failed to solve the issue. I asked for a revised invoice. That request has been ignored; I appreciate any help you can provide.

    I am not sure where this got lost in the shuffle of the emails back and forth with the office. I have now gotten involved and made sure that this was resolved for you. I have decided to credit the entire amount of $66. There were several points of miscommunication on our part, which is why we have chosen to credit the entire amount as opposed to the 50% you requested. I do remember speaking to you about this situation and I apologize it has been this long in regards to getting back to you. You should receive no more texts or calls in regards to your service and/or  balance. If that does happen, please reach out to me directly. 

    I personally would like to thank you for the years of service you had with us and hope that one day we will be able to service you again.

    My lawn was ruined by them. I am having to pay the cost of replacing the sod in my yard.
