    Terrible company. They accidently took me off service and killed my lawn. Customer service is TERRIBLE as well. Had some guy call me about my call to Manager Randy and was told that Randy and all Managers were in Texas for training and he was calling in his absence. I explained my concern and told him I wanted a refund from the charge that had occured on my charge card for a service that was not performed as the guy that came to do my service 2 plus months late did not spray because it was raining, The guy told me I was wrong and it was NOT raining when they came out. I told him he was wrong as I sat and watched the truck in my front yard and the only time the person got out of his truck was to place a sign in my yard. He again said I was wrong that it was NOT raining and he did spray. I told him I have a ring camera and have proof, as I was speaking he said, "I am talking, you can talk when I an through". I will admit, I lost my cool and told him to F off and to never call me again.
    Terrible company !!!
