I signed up for monthly service using autopay. They came out in January 2025 for the first service, all was ok with that service after getting a credit for being overcharged. They've not been back since then but have continued to charge my card every month since then, and each month I have to go through and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Each month I have contacted them multiple ways more times than I can recall letting them know if they can provide proof of service I will happily pay but I refuse to pay for service that isn't rendered. They never respond to any communication but they do keep billing me every month, which I in turn have to keep disputing on my credit card each month. I have made it clear to them each time that they are no longer authorized to charge my card but they keep doing so, and of course won't provide proof of service, they can't because they didn't perform the service (i work from home and have cameras so I would 100% know if they had been here). I regret taking the bait from their salesman, but the price was good and most reviews I read were great so figured I'd give them a shot and I have regretted it since.

On November 22, 2024, I signed a contract with [Purcor pest solutions ] for their services. However, they never came to provide the agreed-upon service. Despite this, they have repeatedly contacted me via phone and mail, claiming I owe them payment for services that were never rendered. I have repeatedly requested that they stop contacting me about this false claim, but they continue to harass **** have kept all evidence, including their correspondence, which shows their persistent and unjust attempts to collect money for services they never performed. This situation has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience.I am requesting a resolution to this matter, including a formal settlement to compensate for the harassment and breach of contract. I am seeking up to $10,000k as part of this settlement for the trouble caused and to fully resolve the issue.1. Breach of Contract If you signed a contract and they didn't fulfill their end of the agreement by showing up or providing the service, they may be in violation of that contract.2. Unfair or Deceptive Trade Practices Under Floridas Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), it's illegal for businesses to use unfair or deceptive practices to collect money. If they didn't perform the service, asking for payment could be a deceptive trade practice.3. False Advertising If they claimed they would provide services and didn't, that could be false advertising.4. Consumer Protection Laws You are also protected under federal and state consumer protection laws, which prevent businesses from collecting money for services they didn't provide.I have more proof of harassment if you need it . and I added the contract I rather email everything if that's ok. I have all evidence

I sent this to them in a email

    Dear ***** ********,

I am following up on my previous correspondence regarding my account with ******************. As I mentioned in my earlier letter, while I appreciate your confirmation that the monthly recurring bill has been removed, the delay in resolving this matter has caused significant emotional distress, which I believe warrants further attention.

Upon reviewing the situation more thoroughly, I believe there may have been several violations of consumer protection laws that need to be addressed. Specifically, I am concerned that Purcor Pest Solutions may have violated the following:
1.Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA): If my account was pursued for a debt that was not accurately justified, this could constitute a violation of the ****** which governs the way debts are handled and protects consumers from unfair or deceptive practices.
2.Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA): Given the billing issues I encountered, I believe Purcor Pest Solutions may not have adhered to the requirements set out in the ****, which mandates timely investigation and resolution of billing disputes.
3.State-Specific Consumer Protection Laws: Depending on the jurisdiction, businesses are required to treat consumers fairly and transparently in all dealings. I believe that your companys actions could be viewed as deceptive or unfair under local consumer protection statutes.
4.Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA): If any of the actions taken by Purcor Pest Solutions were misleading or fraudulent, such as continuing to bill me for services after I requested the removal of charges, this may violate state DTPA laws designed to protect consumers from such practices.
5.Breach of Contract: If there was an agreement or contract that was not honored, such as failing to remove the balance upon request or not providing agreed-upon services, this could constitute a breach of contract.
6.Emotional Distress: The prolonged and unresolved billing issues caused me significant emotional distress, which may be actionable under tort claims for emotional harm, depending on the severity of the situation.
7.The Right to Fair Treatment: Consumers are entitled to fair and timely resolutions to disputes under general consumer protection laws. The failure to resolve my issue in a reasonable timeframe, despite repeated requests, further compounds my concerns about the fairness of the process.

Given these potential violations, I am seeking a fair settlement to resolve the emotional and financial toll this matter has caused. While I prefer to avoid further escalation, I am prepared to pursue all available legal avenues if necessary.

I request that you provide any documentation related to the removal of the balance and the closure of my account. Furthermore, I would appreciate a clear proposal for a resolution that reflects the inconveniences and distress this situation has caused me.

I look forward to your prompt response.

Thank you for your time and attention.

    Best regards,
    ***** Thomas

Mrs. ****** signed up for pest control services with our company, Purcor Pest Solutions. It appears that the service was never started. Unfortunately, she agreed to be placed on our auto bill/pay program and her card was charged twice. The branch manager at the time rectified the situation by authorizing a full refund totaling $64 and cancelling her account.  Mrs. ****** was reimbursed and the account balance was written off on 1/06/2025. Purcor considers this case to be closed and rectified. Thanks!

August 19 purcor pest control was at our HOA community during their regular pest spray of our community. Our HOA has a deal (which we have done at least 3x the past 2 years) where if Purcor is spraying in our community, they will come to our condo and spray inside for 35 dollars. The nice man who has come to do our home did so as before and collected the 35 dollar check from when he was finished. August 25 I received a phone message saying I owed an extra 40. I immediately called them back that day and told them I did pay. They said they did receive the 35 and the lady would get it fixed. I hadn't heard back from them thinking it was resolved. A letter dated Dec 2 from ARM solutions (debt collector) stated I owed Purcor 40 dollars. I responded to the letter with h the above information. I also called Purcor immediately. Their mailbox is full and can't leave messages. So I called the next day several times until I got a hold of someone. They lady I talked to couldn't assist so took my name and information and said they would call back. They didn't. I then called another local number for Purcor and spoke to a nice lady who looked into my account. She asked if I lived in a condo. I said yes and she said they accidentally charged me for the house payment and not the condo payment and would get it fixed. Just received in mail today (Dec 26) a letter dated dec 16 from ARm solutions that "despite clients previous efforts regarding her account the matter remains unresolved" asking I pay the 40. Again I called Purcor but the number listed has a mailbox that is full. I called again and pressed some other extensions until I could leave a message asking to call me back. Other than the Aug 25 phone call, Purcor has never reached out to me about this 40 dollars. I have left several messages spoke to at least 2 different people saying they would get this resolved and yet ARMs debt collector is still sending me letters for payment in which I don't owe. Please help. Thank you.

Purcor Pest Solutions erroneously claims I owe $540 for some sort of services provided. The date referenced is 3.24.22. I have no contract with Purcor Pest Solutions. I did not receive service from Purcor Pest Solutions. I did receive one billing call. I informed customer service rep that I have no contract nor service from Purcor Pest Solutions. ARM Solutions, a ******************* has now sent Debt Notice ****************** Account Number: *********. Date of notification via written letter 11.30.22. I would sure appreciate assistance with this ridiculous and completely unfounded claim by Purcor Pest Solutions. Thank you, ***********************

Last year I had a note on my door stating pest control had been provided. I called the number on the bill stating that I never contracted business with purcor nor could they have performed service as my home and gates were locked. I believed this was handled. A few months later I received a bill and disputed by phone again. I have now received 2 collections notices for ***** and ******. I have now mailed in a letter to the collections service and left a phone message for purcor. I feel this is unfair business practice trying to collect money for service that was not contracted nor could it have been provided as least control service had no access to my home to provide this service. I just want this company to reverse any and all charges and to stop contact with me.
