    I'd been with Aaron for many, many years. Service was outstanding. Purcor bought the company and I decided to give them a try. They immediately charged a lot more but I realize everything is going up. 1st hint there may be a problem was when I had my yearly termite inspection. Purcor increased the price but did nothing but look at the outside of my home, no chemicals, etc., were applied but the price increased.
    A few days ago I got a message they were going to do the inside of my home. I cancelled that visit because I'm having flooring replaced and it is hard to walk around, let alone spray for potential bugs. However, hey showed up today and used a broom to knock bugs off the outside of the house and charged me $107.00. I have handymen that work here that can do that job in minutes. I am very, very disappointed.

    I was a customer of Aaron Pest Control until they were purchased by Purcor. I've had ongoing bookkeeping issues with them thoughout my dealings with them, but it was manageable. I left them after the buyout because of the anticipated rate increase. Their lawn service Techs were always very good. As I mentioned I had issues with being told I had not paid some invoices. On one or two occasions I deleted my email invoice inadvertently and therefore was deliquent in payment but promptly paid after being notified. On other occasions I was told I was deliquent and had to use my records to justify that I had paid my invoices. I severed our business relationship 2nd Qtr. of 2022 due the anticipated price increase. As of this writing I have not heard anything from them until I received a notice from A.R.M. Solutions ( a collection agency) dated November 30, 2022. It should be noted that I had two accounts with them. Currently, both mailing addresses are active and I have the same phone number. This is what prompted me to use this forum to vent my frustration. I was what I would consider an outstanding customer. Rarely, did I call in with any issues unless there were issues with the lawn that needed to be addressed. I paid my invoices promptly. What I recieved in return, is an invoice with a service date of May 4, 2022 sent to collections without any prior notice to me. No email, no call or US mail notification. The net of all of the above is this: I PAID the invoice by echeck from my checking account on May 12, 2022 and it was deposited into their account May 25, 2022. I am currently in the process of sending the doumentation back to the collection agency to clear up their bookkeeping error again. I would have been a better business practice to call the former customer first before collections to seek resolution. It's just common courtesy.
