    dec 17 2024. contact made re hot tub repair. ******* ******** requested $700 cash to order parts and when asked for written receipt for said cash answered he would nor complete job. stated he would return dep. by that Fri. then said check would be mailed. Now does not respond other than he does not remember dealing with us. We have him on camera at our house and texts from him. I'm over 80 and feel he was taking advantage of ***** saying I'm harassing him. $700. is a lot to someone living on a fixed budget. I see he has done this to oothers. I made a police report also.

    On November 23rd had a technician come out to the house due to what was a faulty capacitor, that why the Spa did not heat up. Said he had one in the car and replaced it. Spoke about the Spa Cover that needed to be replaced, I did not disagree, and paid the Company $ 667 via check, cashed the check and I'm still waiting for my Spa Cover. Better yet the Spa still does not work still having issues with it heating.

    He started in July. I paid him $12,000, he installed $3000 worth of the wrong equipment and never came back with the rest of the equipment I paid for. Im up to $15,000 because of him and its still not even complete yet. Hes a complete scam artist. I have all the receipts, and communications to prove it.

    Contacted this business and owner ************************* about a complaint for a client. He was paid and did not complete services. He promised the client that she would receive a refund on June 17, 2024. As of mid-July she has not received a refund. When approached he lied about a refund and proceeded to call me a derogatory name. He was clearly triggered by my request. The pool he cleaned was clear for ONE day. Would not use his services. Extremely unprofessional.

    We contacted Classy Pool & Spa Services to restore the operation of our spa in mid-May. There was a possible leak and, except for a recently-installed pump, all other equipment (blower, heater, filter, switches, light) were non-functional. The owner, *****************************, arrived on May 21, 2024 and asked for $275 for leak detection and repair. We paid in full. On May 22, 2024 **************** assessed our equipment needs and immediately asked for $5223.88 - payment in full - for leak detection and repair (again!), spa repairs, and the above equipment. We obliged and paid in full. The equipment came quickly, then everything slowed down. ****** asked us to have our propane company disconnect the propane supply line ASAP so he could proceed with all installation but didn't come out as promised. He promised to work the Tuesday after Memorial Day but did not. Meanwhile, we paid in full for a new blower ($408.00) and automation ($2080.00). ****** did not know how to do the electrical work; I gave him our electrician's contact info. ****** gave him unclear/conflicting instructions on what he was asking of them. Electrician was not happy with the situation but obliged as best he could. ****** came to install on June 3rd. An additional $470 was paid. Major problems were NEW LIGHT WAS NEVER INSTALLED, EXPOSED WIRE CONNECTION, UNSTABLE/UNLEVEL EQUIPMENT INSTALL, EQUIPMENT AND CONCRETE PAD CROOKED, OLD PAVERS WERE USED TO HOLD UP THE PUMP, PUMP CONNECTION LEAKS, ETC. We set up an appt with **************** to discuss and execute a fix for the situation, and HE TWICE DELAYED, then requested a very late appt in which there would be no way he could make a viable revision of the setup. We ended our relationship, but he owes us $2080.00 for the automation and $980.00 for the pool light that was never installed. We are paying extra for workmen to finish; so far have paid an electrician $2200.00. Will be paying $375+ for a plumber soon. Still awaiting reimbursement from *************************: $3060.00

    We Absolutely Fulfilled Every Aspect Of Work Re Mr/**********************. Unfortunately; We were unable/not allowed to finish the very last leg of work re their Automation System.

    Things took an ugly-nic-picking course and we are now left with the product to deliver. 
    Sorry things took a turn; However; We simply cannot allow the level of disrespect we received. And For No Reason! 
    We have Pictures AND Video of ALL work and items purchased and installed.

We had an in-person appointment set up to share our concerns with **************** post-installation as described in the initial BBB complaint letter. We cleared our schedules to meet with him, and once again **************** canceled/delayed.

    New spa light was never installed. Electrician set up automation and wiring for operation of all equipment; spa light remains inoperable.

    The buisness owner Darulyl Irving sold us a clean our pool sale. The pool became green. He emptied it sprinkle a little chlorine and left with a $400 cost we paid him. We asked him to vacumn it and he replied that it will be a monthly fee of $120. Which we also paid. He never came back to vacumn or maintain the pool for the month. Its now green again. He took our money and ran. After looking into other online reviews this seems to be a pattern of his unethical buisness. He is ysing his buisness profile pic of out pool the day it filled and advertising it ad a clean pool. It is with the water we have paid for because he emptied it. He stole out money and never rendered services like he told
    us. We have numerous texts to prove.

    Morning… It is totally unfortunate that this customer wrote this ; After work has been completed and paid for.

    We at Classy Pool’s agreed to Drain & Acid Wash his pool at a very fair cost of $400.(Lower Than Market Value).

    We then explained that we could take over Routine Service at a cost of only $120 (Uncovered). Again; Lower than market value.

    After the Drain & Acid Wash was completed; Pool Service started. After going to the property twice and explaining the ‘Responsibilities of The Tenets’ to help maintain their pool on our absence.

    No Help Came From The Tenants To ‘Clear Their Leaves In My Absence’ … in order for the water to pass and the pool remain operational. We found that it is difficult to work with those who are not helping with their own pool and expressed this to them.

     

    At this time; This customer is entitled to a Partial Refund of $50 to be collected via the same payment method he paid with.…..

    The consumer never sent a payment back to us for non services. He is completely dishonest.
