    am extremely disappointed with Classy ******************* I hired them for pool repair services and paid them $2880 upfront via check. Unfortunately, they cashed the check but never completedor even startedthe work. Despite my efforts to follow up, I received no satisfactory response or resolution.(after they changed the check never respond3d my text or call .This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I would caution others against doing business with this company. Trust and reliability are crucial when hiring a service provider, and classy Pool & Spa Services has failed on both counts.If they address this issue and provide a refund, I will update my review accordingly.

    I wish I could give 0 stars. The owner, ***********************, is an unprepared, unprofessional individual that will gaslight you in to believing he knows what he is doing and talking about until he gets your money and then disappears. Several times he stated he would be out to to the work and then wouldn't. But he has my money and is refusing to refund it. I am in the process of taking him to court to get my refund. Be wary of ***** and Classy Pools. He will steal your money and disappear without a trace.
