    11-17-2024 Arborist pro scammed me for ****** for a tree job they initially said ******. Saying they would charge insurance more to give to me to help cover future expenses. They claimed they would brace my roof and tarp it after removing the tree from my house. They only removed part of the tree and left the rest in my house. Theres no bracing, and a sloppy job of the tarping leaving many holes exposed to the interior of my house. They also created an extremely hazardous tree in the back and left it with no care to me or my neighbors safety. I have all pictures, estimates, and text messages to prove

    Customer requested us to remove tree that was going through his home.  It was a Bull Pine going through the entire home. 

    He is trying to commit insurance fraud. 

    He specifically instructed us not to go into home because the insurance company already paid / gave him a check for $75,000.00 to cover bracing & repairs to interior & exterior of home. 

    This was an extremely dangerous job. The home was broken into several times and we offered to install Wyze cameras for customer as well. He refused to meet us at the property. 

    We did the job we were hired to do and have before and after pictures. The insurance company would not of paid us if we didnt complete the job we were hired to do.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    Further lies by this company. The 78,000$ had nothing to do with the tree removal. The bracing and tarping was there responsibility to do. They charged thousands of dollars to do this and neglected to adhere to the contract. This company is nothing but frauds and liars who take advantage of homeowners during a natural disaster. They took the most basic photos to show completion by hiding what they didnt do. The insurance company also said they had to pay out before the job was done as this company claimed to not be able to do the job first. Feel free to reach out to me for the adjusters name for confirmation. Ive also included the text giving these people permission to be on and in the property to do the work. I was out of town for work Is the only reason I could not be there, they knew this and used it to there advantage to scam and commit fraud to get paid and leave.
