A representative truck and crew of this company performed careless work near my home today. They allowed tree trimming to disrupt power lines with their carelessness. When asked if they were going to clean up the branches that were still hanging on the power lines, they informed me that the power company was on their way out to clean it up. We are still without power due to the lack of integrity of the job performance. They blew debris into my yard, sending leaves, dirt, and rocks onto my truck in my driveway. They have packed up their truck and drove away. I am disgusted with the way they so carelessly disrupted the integrity of the power lines and respect for nearby properties.

As the owner of this company I do apologize that a branch hit the power line but we did take extra precautions and safety measures to get the power company out asap and the power was back on within 30 mins of it going out and again I am very sorry that a branch caused the power to go out but I was on the job site the whole time and I am the one who answered you when you asked if we was going to leave the branch there and I told you we was not and that we had the power company on there way to fix the issue and I certainly hope you can accept my apologies that we interrupted your power for 5 mins after you got home. Accidents happen and nothing was damaged and the moment you pulled into your driveway across the street you got out of your truck cussing at me asking me if I was going to leave that **** branch there and I have never done anything wrong to you and in fact that tree we are removing is rotted and will end up falling if we do not take it down to a safe height and it would have taken out the power line all the way down and then you would have been without power for hours so again I do apologize that you was bothered by the 5 mins you was without power and please forgive me as we did not do this intentionally. Also I want to thank you for leaving a bad review and trying to make my 5 star company look bad based on a job that had nothing to do with your home or a job I did for you so I hope you can understand that it was just an accident and I made sure I had the issue fixed in a very fast response time.
