    This company is fraud. I was unable to provide timeshare vacation days. I tried calling customer service and was left on hold for an hour. Called another number and the receptionist who works from home transferred me again on hold for another 30 minutes & no agent picked up! Now there number is invalid. Do not to business with this company!

    I do want to assure you that we are not a scam and we have been working on your account. After reviewing it looks like we reached out to move into the booking process on 8/15/2024 and got a voicemail as well as we did send an email in regards to the importance of following up with us. We would love to get the account back on track and encourage you to reach out to the customer service department so we can assist you with doing so.

    Your firm emailed me on multiple occasions and left voice-mails to which you recd responses every single time. You promised to 'market' my getaway weeks and never was successful on even one.

    working with points unlimited has been so far been fast and easy. all of my weeks have been rented and since i never end up using them, im currently working with them again to rent my points with hilton. great customer service and even better experience in perfect time for the holidays.

    Total scam!!!! First few emails there were no availability. So I called and questioned about it. The last on a week ago there was availability and they came up with an excuse that there wasn't enough bookings for the event. They took my $2500 and had no intention of sending me a check for said such available weeks. They can never come up with a good answer to not holding their end of the bargin. Total scam my next step is to contact the BBB, and pay a visit to their suppose headquarters office in **************.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Charged me a fee upfront to list my weeks. I have only received 2 offers in 5 months and I suspect those were bogus. The only time offers come is after I send email asking where these guaranteed offers are. I was guaranteed these weeks would rent. No problem taking my money but nothing coming back in return. When I do submit something they say the company has 48 hours to respond and they will get back to me. Never hear another thing. This is a total scam and I am out the $$ I paid.

    I got a call from this company around May and I just wanted to say theyve already rented more than half of my points for me and got me 2 weeks rented and booked out. I was a little hesitant about this but so far Ive received results from their programs. Excited for more checks to come my way.

    I was worried at first however through all the communication the team has given me this process has been very smooth. I have received 3 rentals so far and they are working on the rest. I should have my 4th check next week. This has been helping me with my fees from the resort.

    Signed up with this company a month or so ago and to see the work that they have put in to get my points booked out. The activity was almost immediately, can't wait to see the end results when everything is booked out.

    They are a scam. Took my money and now they arent doing anything and wont talk to me on the phone.

    We understand your concerns. Upon review, an offer was submitted on 4/2 but we did not receive an update until 4/10. You spoke with customer service on 4/12/2024. It was explained that customer service is your point of contact for updates on the account and that you do need to respond back to offers to ensure progress with the program. We also sent out a test email and resent your welcome email to ensure you received them. We are working diligently on the account and will follow up with an update.
