    I purchased an ***************** Resistor for a **** F-150. The resistor stopped working after three months and the fan only blows on high. It supposedly came with a lifetime warranty yet that is useless as they do not respond to calls, emails nor texts. They send an automated response.

    We purchased a Def heater for our truck. The website states LIFETIME WARRANTY - This DEF reservoir heater kit comes complete with a lifetime warranty. If the part ever fail on your **** F250, F-350, F450 or F550 Super Duty vehicle simply contact us for a replacement. Save hundreds of dollars off of dealer prices by purchasing this part and replacing it yourself.m. The heater did fail a second time and when we requested another one this is the response we received, I'd like to clarify that our lifetime > warranty entails one replacement over the lifetime of the product. This > means that if your product experiences any defects or issues covered by the > warranty, we'll gladly replace it for you free of charge. However, please > note that this warranty extends to a single replacement, rather than > unlimited replacements.When I responded quoting their website they responded, I understand your concern regarding the lifetime warranty terms. While our product page may not explicitly state "single replacement," our lifetime warranty covers one replacement during the lifetime of the part. This means that if there is an issue with the product that qualifies under our warranty policy, we will replace it once, free of charge, as long as it falls within the guidelines outlined in our warranty terms.

    I purchased fuel injectors from their store on Amazon. The listing states LIFETIME WARRANTY - The Fuel Injector Set of 8 comes complete with a lifetime warranty. If the part ever fails on your ***** ******** or Mercury vehicle simply contact us for a replacement. Save hundreds off of dealer prices and take advantage of our lifetime warranty.But they will not honor the warranty. They have ***** miles on them. Amazon sent their contact info and on their page it says All parts sold by GWA Auto Parts include a 24 month or ****** mile warranty parts sold by GWA Auto Parts include a 24 month or ****** mile warranty They are a fraudulent company that operates under numerous names and addresses. They do not honor their products nor do they like to respond to emails etc.

    I purchased a HID Ballast with Ignitor - Headlight Control Unit Module - from GWA Auto Parts for a Lexus ES 300 through Amazon.com on June 14, 2023 (Amazon order #***-7655838-1774653). Total price of headlight ($49.99) plus tax ($4.00) was $53.99. The GWA Auto Parts website (gwaautoparts.com) says all parts sold by them include a 24-month or 24,000-mile warranty. Amazon provides refunds for products returned within 30 days.I installed the part and it seemed to work fine at first. Within 4 months, however, the headlight began to flicker on and off and eventually quit working altogether. Unfortunately, it was outside of the 30-day return period offered by Amazon, but within the company's warranty. Amazon offered a hotline number to GWA *************), but when I called, no one answered nor returned my message.I emailed ********************************** for help on 11/13/23. I requested a new part be sent to me at no additional cost. I got an email response 11/14/23 from ************************** **************** **** ******* ** asking for more info. She ended the email saying she would have my issue resolved that same day.I replied that same morning of 11/14/23 with all the information **** had requested & included a copy of my Amazon order invoice. But I didn't hear back with any resolution that day or in the next days to come. I sent another email on 11/17/23. Silence! On 12/4/23, I sent still another email. On 12/10/23 I finally received an email from Nica, but it was a regurgitation word for word of the exact canned email I had received back on 11/14/23! On 12/11/23 I responded I had sent her all this same info back on 11/14/23. Later, on 12/11/23 she said she had not received any of my information (I have copies of all emails; none came back undeliverable).On 12/12/23 I wrote for the last time expecting a full refund ($53.99) at this point. I didn't want a replacement any longer. I have never heard back from GWA Auto Parts since or gotten any resolution to my issue.

My email correspondence with GWA Auto Parts indicated that the **************** Representative was in ******, **. *********** Partners who acquired GWA Auto Parts are headquartered in ******, **. Their address is *********************************************************************. Telephone number is ************. ***** Alper, GWA's Founder, is still the company's President with responsibilities for the day-to-day operations. This might be a good contact when forwarding my complaint.

    I ordered a tool to seat my vacuum seals and an empty box was delivered to my home. I sent in a complaint and asked for them to either resend the item or refund my money. All they kept doing was sending me the tracking information. I said this doesn't help me, it just varifies what I'm saying is correct. However, they have avoided solving the actual problem. Bottom line, they are a fraud. Their phone number isn't a legitimate business phone either. Do not use this company!

    I have bought a timing belt kit from this company on 2-15-2022 for a ***** odessey van. i installed the kit, customer drove the van until November and the tensioner went bad causing the belt to snapped taking out the oil pump, crank sensor , crank sensor wiring , crank sensor blade , which also bent valves in the engine locking it up , it will need a new engine to fix the problem , since it is locked up engine and transmission will need to be romoved to install new engine which doubles the labor time .n this is not an install defct so no money should be from mine or the customers expense I have contacted them multiple times by phone leaving messages and emailed multiple times with no response every time . The customer has been without a 2nd vehicle since then I am a licensed automotive garage and have been a mechanic for over 20 yrs and have installed many of these belts across the yrs . I will do whatever you guys need me to do to resolve this problem . I have receipts and work order from the repairs done . I can price new engine repair estimate if needed
