    These people are disgusting. They sold this plan to my mother with Alzheimers. I fought it on the credit card bill when I was paying it for her, called to cancel the service and asked them to refund the two charges for $179 made back to back less than 30 days ago. They refused, were incredibly rude, told me I was a doing a terrible job caring for my mother because I let her still have a credit card!

    I attempted to cancel within 10 minutes of making this transaction. When I called back I spoke with an incredibly rude man who first accused me of telling him what to do, raised his voice and ultimately hung up on me. I spoke calmly and requested to cancel, when I'd been told it could be cancelled with 100% refund within 30 days of beginning the service. They charged my credit card and have NOT refunded the $179. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and closed the original credit card account. They are SCAMMERS and I agree with the review below. They use deception and high pressure with the promise that you can cancel. They claimed to be associated with *****, not an independent company. They made a number of misrepresentations . I don't normally fall for scams and I'm embarrassed I did with this company.

    They acted like they were the company I actually have a service warranty from and stated that my warranty was about to expire. I thought I was renewing but once I got home, I pulled out the dealership service policy and it does not expire until 2025. We are in the process of filing a lengthy credit card dispute for this "renewal" which actually costs $5,000. I typically do not fall for scams but they caught me on a busy day when I was not fully thinking clearly.

    We were contacted by this company for a vehicle warranty extension as ours had recently ran out. I am not sure if this was stated but with the details he had about our car and coverage I assumed it was from *****. He told us it was a one-time payment of $179 which sounded too good to be true. I asked him point blank- one payment only. He was emphatic that yes, only one payment was correct. 2 weeks later we got the policy in the mail. It was for 24 payments of $179. We called and immediately cancelled and was told we would see the refund on our card in 3-4 days. Just called again and were told we now need to fill out a card and mail it to them for our money back. SCAMMERS- do not do business with them!!!

    DO NOT BUY A PLAN FROM THIS COMPANY ************ is a huge SCAM. I was lied to over the phone for 30 minutes straight, I was specific told my vehicle was able to be covered, even despite the fact that it is lifted, on bigger tires, and modified in other ways. I paid nearly $200 for the first month. Once I was emailed the policy, it did not match at all what was discussed on the phone. Upon being called out for lying and their illegal sales tactics, the supervisor flat out admitted that this does take place and that they count on people not reading the policy. READ THE ENTIRE POLICY, DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY - NEARLY EVERYTHING YOU DO WILL EXEMPT YOU FROM COVERAGE.

    DON'T FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID! I got a call from *************************. When I asked what this company was he said it was the original protection company my dad purchased when he purchased the vehicle...I bought my dads car. When I called within 2 weeks to cancel, he said I could fax the cancelation form in. Today I called to get that fax number (to make sure I didn't go over the 30 days), a VERY RUDE customer service woman said it had to be sent in the mail. I asked to speak to *******, oh wow, how ironic, he's not available. I said I would call back this afternoon, she said he will NEVER be available. She said she didn't care what HE said, SHE is customer service and if I wanted my money back, it had to be mailed in! I told her I was so glad I decided to cancel this policy. She said "I'M GLAD TOO SO I DON'T HAVE TO EVER DEAL WITH YOU!!" I don't typically fall for scams, but I just did!!!!!! I wish I could give less than 1 star!

    This is not a legitimate auto vehicle protection business. I have tried calling to canceI any plan and cannot even get anyone to talk to. Then I find this business is rated a F. should not have even one star.

    Dishonest representation of who they are and who they represent. They said they are authorized through **** in some way, but they are not contracted or associated with **** in any way. I requested immediate cancellation and was told they would send out paperwork. Looking at these other reviews I believe I will not see anything from them.

    This company is a scam. They use high pressure and deceptive sales techniques to enroll in a plan that is not as described. The agent on the phone lied about their affiliation with the manufacturer of the automobile and the terms of the contract. He said there would be 2 payments due, but as I and other complainants have found the contract specifies a monthly payment for 4 years. I cancelled my contract with the company within the 30 days that was specified in the contract to get a refund and they have failed to honor their own contract. When I try to call them, they take a voice mail and never respond.

    They do not honor the agreement. They lied and are terrible people. I gave them everything they asked for like my receipts for schedule oil changes and they still denied my claim. Not once did they call me to let me know anything. I had to keep calling them.
