      I broke down sometime in the ending week of March I call AAA to request a tow not only did they have me waiting 7 hours for a tow truck but when the tow truck driver arrived he was not only very rude he was very unprofessional he then proceeded to walk towards my car and said he would like to push it more towards the street so he can hook it up I even asked him if he would like a little help pushing it and he responded with an attitude and said you do what you want I'm not asking you to push but if you want to do it do it so me being the nice guy that I am I decided to help him so he don't have to do it on his own but this is all besides the point I already knew I was dealing with a non-professional bad temper person so then he proceeded to tow my vehicle he told it from the rear it was a **** Chrysler 300 so as he told the car I followed him I even suggested the car was a little too high on his tow truck he did not have a flatbed so he raised it up pretty high the bumper was really close to the ground but he said he knows what he's doing so I didn't say nothing else he takes it down the road on route ********************************************* coming from ********* *******. Just as I expected on one road the bumper dragged on the ground and ripped my bumper off I sped up next to his truck because he didn't even notice what happened and inform him that the bumper ripped off so he pulls over and tries to kick my bumper into place I told him that's not going to work then again he had an attitude so I had to lay on the ground and try to push a piece of the bumper up so it wouldn't drag anymore the guy didn't even say thank you he just got back on his truck and left as we approached my driveway he was very upset for some strange reason. I called AAA motor club to file a complaint this has been going on since last year and I still have not seen a ***** I gave them every resources they needed to prove the damages and all I keep getting is ignored I'm out $1,100. AAA very sad!!

      I requested a tire service, I had a flat tire and I needed to change it because I was at work and didn't have any time to do it.The technician got there, patched the tire and when i went to get check on him, he told me he broke one of the lug nuts on the wheel, but It would be "safe" for me to drive like that.About 15 minutes after he left, I noticed the tire was flat again, so I had to take the car, put air on the tire again and go to a tire place, where they found out this guy not only broke one lug nut but he forced all the others so it was impossible to take out the tire without breaking the others. I went to a couple of places to try to find a solution but everyone told me the same thing.So this morning I lost a day of work fixing this problem which was very expensive to fix because I had to replace all of the lug nuts on the wheel in order to fix the flat tire and be able to drive the car.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I spoke to a AAA representative his name was *****************, very offensive person, kept talking to me in spanish because of my name I guess, but his spanish was horrible. He said the company sent him a picture of the tire with no damage which doesn't make any sense because why would I call AAA in the first place if my tire has no damage. He refused to look at my evidence, I told him I had more pictures if he needed, specifically one with the date and time, eight when I received my car, but he said no and I would only get refunded with half because there's no way for him to prove there was damage in the wheel. 


      I'm asking for a full refund because I only call AAA for a tire change and this person forced all of the nut lugs making impossible for anyone else to change the tire and also insisting on towing my car to a mechanic shop he knew. 


      I lost a day of work and 400 dollars fixing this issue so please let me talk to someone a little more serious about this so I can get what I'm asking for and AAA can get rid of that fraudulent company on their part, you can read the reviews online, it's doing nothing but hurting AAA's reputation ( affordable batteries on Sunrise )

      I didn't agree to half but yes I got the check and I'm waiting to get in touch with a different representative, but they made the same person call me again, He was very disrespectful and I don't want to waste my time, I also sent a different picture of my tire with time and date, I still don't understand the decision because it doesn't make any sense and I ended up paying for all the damage

      Absolutely the most horrible experience. Today Nov9th2022 started calling and requesting service at 7 AM literally stuck in between the road and the driveway at the 7-Eleven. First estimated time 830. At 8:31 I got a call in a text oh were sorry theyll be there at 11:30. Trying to call customer service again and again getting nowhere and then telling me its because were having a hurricane. Im in South ******* theres no rain its not a hurricane it didnt even hit us here. Theyre lying hours of waiting. I am absolutely 100% sick of AAA. They took my money automatically in October without me realizing it so I want that refunded. Ive had to call a private towing company. So Im out that money. This has been going on within the last five or so years I have been a member for over 20 years. In the last five years its been nothing but horrible experience with them. I was stuck in ***** in 2018 and finally a man that was cleaning the streets is the reason that I got out of there and got help AAA never showed up. and countless times after that for different things Ive called them over the five years and had the same horrible experience this is the final straw. I will absolutely never ever ever use them again I will absolutely do everything in my power to get my money refunded for this year and you know what the last five years because theyve been useless theyre basically robbing you taking your money and doing nothing for you. Ive called customer service again and again today Ive called customer resolution I was told that the ****** drivers were trying to call me that was a lie Want to tow truck finally called me at 1 PM he told me oh well you couldnt have been waiting since 7 AM because no tow truck company opens at 7 AM. So I guess 24 hour service is also a lie. I repeatedly told them that my car was not in a safe location. I am 55 years old I will absolutely 100% tell everyone that wants to listen not to use their service and I used to tell everyone to use

      They are saying they cant get in touch with me, but that is a lie. I have sent repeated requests to communicate via email. They are trying to close this case by refunding my yearly membership fee. What about the several times over the past few years when they did not fulfill theyre end by leaving me stranded? What about the loss of work and time and the fee I finally had to pay the private tow company on this last time they FAILED to uphold their end of our contract? $106 really? And continuing to call me despite me sending repeated emails stating I will communicate only via email? Once the best company I highly recommended has slid into the absolute worst shady disreputable unreliable company

      On October 21 2022 I purchased a Classic AAA membership for $36 because my check engine light had come on and I needed a tow. When I called AAA to schedule a tow they told me it was going to cost me a certain amount for the tow but if I upgraded to Plus AAA for an additional $70 the tow would be covered so I purchased the Plus. My car was towed on October 25 2022 to the dealership. The following week I was informed that there was a major problem with my car that would cost $6,500. Since I don't use the car very often I decided to sell it which I did on November 6, 2022. Today I called AAA to cancel my membership as I don't need it now and I requested a PARTIAL refund. **** told me that refunds are not given so I asked for a manager/supervisor and spoke with ***** who informed me that no refunds are given if the service has been used. He also stated that if I had kept the car and AAA, four towing episodes would be covered per year. I stated that since I only used 1 towing and I no longer have a vehicle that needs AAA that they should pro-rate the cost of the usage of the membership and refund me part of the $106 I paid but ***** stated flatly that they will not. This is terrible customer service and totally unfair.

      *** road Assistance local contractor gave us false information. The contractor said the alternator was bad. We found that a short in the battery caused a false bad alternator ************* contractor told us we needed to replace our alternator before they would replace our battery. Then the supervisor came out and said our warranty was voided because we changed the alternator. Turns out the *** battery was the only bad part on the car. We had it checked at ****************** prior to calling *** to replace the *** battery. ***** the *** supervisor was rude. This company did a terrible job.

      I sent my car on a truck and they took it to the dealer. The dealer refused to fix it and they stated that when the vehicle arrived there was a bumper as well as possible parts missing. They also have a picture of the car arriving in the condition it did. I a, seeking cash reimbursement for they loss of the bumper as well as money for repair. I spent **** for the car. I would like ***** for damages or a settled agreement. The pictures were from right before the vehicle was towed.

      I used the mobile app for AAA to request towing service after my car would not start in the parking lot at a ******** So about after an hour or more I received a phone call from a AAA representative stating that he was unable to find any tow companies to pick up my car tonight. He told me it was my responsibility to call around and find my own tow and keep the receipt and take it to my local AAA for reimbursement. So by the time I got the call the other tow companies I found on ****** were closed. So I called AAA back and asked if they could schedule a tow tomorrow because I do work and I was told by that representative that I would have to call again in the morning and request a tow again. Then I would need to be there for the tow truck or find someone else to take time out of their day to do it for me if they are able to find a company to tow it then. Then the representative put us to the complaint **** which was closed so she would not have to talk to us.

      Inappropriate response to roadside service. Called today at 6:30 for a flat tire. Need technician to install spare tire. Car is in my home, in the garage. Got text replying that service will be provided at ***** AM, tomorrow morning. At the same time the website indicated the service would be done at 7:39 PM. At 8:30 I called to find out which time was the correct. Told it was the later one. Totally unacceptable have been a member for 43 years and after cancelling the call I was "thanked" for that. Also it is not possible to schedule service tomorrow. I need to call again and hope it will be done at a reasonable time. I am 80 years old but I guess I will do the work myself.

      On 10/10/22 at approximately **** A.M., my son requested a tow for his vehicle which had broken down in the turn lane of a major artery roadway (************* and *******************). According to AAA the tow companies in the area were unable to tow the vehicle. They then advised me that Alpine towing was going to tow the vehicle. At approximately 6:00 P.M. an Alpine tow truck drove west bound. the truck slowed down but did not stop for my son. In speaking with customer service I was advised that all they could do is try to get a tow company to assist us, but that they could not do more. When I asked for a refund they said they can only give me a partial refund. AAA took my membership fee but failed to hold up to there agreement in assisting us when they where needed. what really upsets me is that they were told the vehicle was on a major roadway and law enforcement had already warned us to remove the vehicle because it was obstructing traffic turning onto Flamingo Road.

      On 8/30 I called AAA because my battery was dead. The attendant jumped my battery, tested it and determined a cell was bad so I purchased a replacement battery. After the install my AC no longer worked and the panel no longer illuminated. I called the attendant over here told me to restart the car and that didnt resolve the problem. Due to the holiday I couldnt take my car to a ******** dealership until 9/8/2022. The dealership reported that my battery was jumped incorrectly and my vehicle computer needed to be reset and the compartment which hires my battery was damaged as well. I paid the diagnostics fees to get my vehicle back but the repairs havent been made. I submitted everything to AAA after filing a claim and they are continuing to deny liability stating that the occurrence was due to the west my vehicle is constructed which is ridiculous. People have ******** batteries changed daily without incident. I want to be reimbursed the $542.91 I paid for the diagnostics.
