      I called AAA **************** because I had a flat tire on 7/28/2022 , AAA man showed up, changed my tire and put on the spare. The next day I went to ************************ in ****** **. to get the tire patched. After waiting just a few minutes. ********* said my lug nut was stripped, my hub was stripped, and it was going to be ****** Dollars then the next day I noticed ************************* didn't put my spare tire back under the truck. So, I went to ****************** in Vero Beach, They found that my Hoist that lowers and raises the tire was also broken, they had to replace Hoist Tire Assembly and Wrench Tube. I've never had a flat on this truck, it has only ****** miles on it, its like new, well it was. I have sent copies Certified mail Tracking no# **** **** **** **** **** of Receipts to AAA ************ Reimbursement Request To; ********************************************* showing all charges and damages. I have not heard back from anyone at AAA regarding this Reimbursement Request.

      I received a letter in the mail September 10 2022 that said they where cancelling my membership because of there there evaluation of my usage of the service. I have paid into it for yrs and only used it in 2020 1 time and again in 2021 1 time. I never came close to usage totals allowed. I called phone number on letter. The person on the phone said they could not help me and the termination was a final discussion with no recourse. Dont know what I did or didnt do wrong!!!!

In cases of extreme use of services, ACG may elect to not renew a membership pursuant to the *** Membership Handbook, which states: Your annual *** Membership renews each year unless you are notified at least 60 days before the expiration date that your membership will not be renewed.

      Please know that we do not make non-renewal decisions lightly and careful review goes into each decision before a membership is non-renewed. As such, ACG takes this action in order to continue to operate efficiently for all of our members. This decision is final and cannot be appealed.

      Called AAA for tow service to ********************* Collision Ctr at approximately 6:30pm on 8/2 after being in a MVA. I got a text that my request for service had been assigned but it would be approximately a little after 9pm before the tow truck would arrive. Now as a disabled female veteran that had rare back surgery last year that requires at least two year recovery period and just after being in a MVA I stayed as long on the side of dangerous 285N right at the **************************, exit 1 mile sign as long as I could. I kept getting text messages with the *** changing every hour. I called AAA several times letting them know my concerns of safety and they suggested I could leave my vehicle unattended with the key under the driver mat unlocked. At first I did that but then called them back saying I didnt think that was safe and I would leave the key under the mat but the truck locked and have the tow truck driver call me and I would give them the door code to unlock the vehicle. I woke up on 8/3/22 at 6:30am to find no one had called and I immediately got dressed and got back to the scene on the side of the highway to still find my vehicle there. I called AAA upset asking when someone was gonna come tow my car and they still couldnt give me an ***. I called ATow towing and paid them to to my car but before the tow truck driver left the scene he inspected under my truck and turned it on and found my catalytic converters had been stolen off my vehicle. Because of AAAs lack of service that Ive been paying for since ********************** to have to file a comprehensive claim with my insurance for approximately $4000, which I feel they need to reimburse me or my insurer so that claim doesnt reflect on my record if I can close it. Ive seen numerous complaints of members complaining of not receiving tow service. Dont ask members robotic questions Are you in a safe place?, if the company doesnt do anything to alleviate it. Last posted text of *** was for 2:50am on 8/3/22.

      My female stepchild whom is the main reason I purchased AAA roadside insurance had a flat tire on 9/7/2022 and needed it changed because she was not able to. My Stepchild who is a AAA member called AAA roadside at 6:30 pm and was told that someone would call her shortly with an ETA on when someone would come help. 3 hours later no one had reached out or showed up so we called her Dad to change tire instead because I was out of town . I had just renewed membership in July so I called and asked for membership cancellation and refund due to the fact they did not provide the service I paid for . First AAA told me it was too late to cancel and would not refund the dues but put me through to Roadside assistance might be able to do something. Roadside proceeded to lie to me and said they showed up to the location and no one was there but when I informed them that the location was my home then Roadside said they called at 9:48 and no one answered but my stepchild has sent me a screen shot of her phone and there are not calls from Roadside or anyone but calls to her dad. The Conversation ended with Roadside putting me on hold until I hung up .

      I went through an AAA insurance agent: ******************************************, from ******************************* to purchase a homeowners insurance policy. The policy went into effect 5/10/2022. Over 2 months go by and I receive a cancellation letter from **************************** telling me that my cancellation is from a drippy kitchen faucet and loose screws on my metal roof. I contacted my agent *********, explaining the letter I just received. She tells me that as long as I repair/ fix the issues with proof of repairs, she would submit documents to Citizens, with no problems. On 7/14/2022 I had the drippy kitchen faucet repaired. And, On 7/21/2022 I had the roof repaired. Submitted all documents to ************************************* on the morning of July 24, 2022. I even receive an email from her stating shes uploading the documents right now. Im thinking problem handled. On 8/13/2022 I receive an invoice from Citizens for $149.00. On 8/15/2022 I call *************************************, inquiring about the $149.00 invoice I received. She looks up my policy and states your policy has been cancelled. I express disappointment and express how could this have happened. She tells me to call **************************** and I do. They tell me that from no fault of mine, but because of the carelessness and neglect from my insurance agent not completing a simple task I have no homeowners insurance. This lady ******************************************, could careless and has refused to call me back to handle the matter. I was forced to find another agent and have a new Citizens homeowners insurance policy written. Causing me a lot of unnecessary stress, time and money. My new policy is roughly $300.00 more than my previous policy. Im requesting payment for my losses from AAA for $300.00 plus $200.00 for my time, aggravation, money loss, basically for damages caused by ******************************************. I think $500.00 is a fare amount of money to request from AAAs insurance agent, *************************************

      After submitting original application to Citizens, Citizen required some repairs.   Once repair were complete agent forwarded the documents requested by Citizens.  Upon receiving these documents, Citizens changed the rate of the policy by $149 for the year.  Upon the rate change the agent communicated with the client they would need to pay the difference in order to keep the policy in force.   Client communicated to the agent they did not want to pay the extra $149.    Since the additional premium of $149 was not paid, Citizens cancelled the policy.   The policy lapse was not through the fault of the agent as the client suggest.  The lapse was due to non-payment which was communicated to the client.

      My vehicle was stranded on August/17 at 4:30 PM. I called AAA for Road Assistance. They said a tow truck would be sent. After calling again, and again, I was told after an hour they were still working on it. Following several text messages I called once more and was told none of their affiliated companies wanted to take the call. The agent was quite rude, I asked for a Manager, none was available, I never received a Management return call. They told me later to call another service and perhaps AAA would partially reimburse the bill, but only for 5 miles. My car was still stranded after two hours, so I decided to call State Farm for their emergency assistance included in my car insurance policy. After 45 minutes my vehicle was towed by Promaster ****************** 10 miles at no charge. State Farm checked back with me frequently, by text messages, if I was fine: That's what I call good service. AAA ************ never solved the problem: that's what I call bad and irresponsible management. By researching the Internet I've found that my case is not isolated: many AAA customers have complained about being left alone on the road -- despite paying hefty Plus membership fees. So AAA knows quite well about the bad performance of their *************************** but has decided not to cut heads or fix loose screws.AAA has a ranking of "F" with the BBB, by the way.I cancelled my AAA membership right away and requested a full refund, it has not posted yet. This is deplorable because loyally I kept my membership for 15+ years. I never experienced such level of negligence. There was a time when AAA used to provide decent service: No longer the case. I am over 65 years old and I do not deserved being left stranded on my own. General Public, beware! Do not fall prey of AAA's advertising, stay away from non-existent service. Sign up for road assistance with your car insurance company instead, and avoid huge disappointments: AAA means a waste of time an money.

      Received mail from *** offering special deal for new *** membership. Offer was to cover two household members for $50 / year. The new membership could be activated online and the membership could be used immediately! On 8/19/2022 evening, I used the displayed *** website URL to activated the new membership with a credit card and was charged $50 as advertised. The website displayed new membership number, indicated cards would be mailed to us, and displayed message stating we could use the new membership right away! I called *** next morning 8/20/2022 to have my truck towed from my home to our mechanic 1.2 miles away. I was told by the *** customer service agent as well as by that agents supervisor that my new membership has a 72 hr grace ****** and cant be used immediately unless I provide a credit card number to pay an extra $55. When I said their website indicated I could use the new membership immediately, the supervisor said he didnt know why it say that because there is always a 72 hour grace ******. The website didnt indicate a grace ****** nor indicate a $55 expedite free would be necessary to immediately use the new membership! Either the *** marketing and messaging is misleading, not transparent, and fraudulent or the existing customer service practice is.

      Our website and confirmation email explains AAA discounts and services are available immediately, except for roadside assistance. It states, "Upon activation and with proper identification, AAA will provide regular AAA services and full privileges for the new member. Roadside benefits begin three days after payment of dues. Some restrictions apply." Roadside assistance was rendered on 08/20/2022, therefore a refund of the $55 service fee would not apply.

      My car broke down so I made a service request for towing and no one ever came. I called multiple times but never received service. Finally they told me no one was available and they don't know if or when someone would be available
