    This company *** stated that I owe **** $$1,583.74 and they want to settle for $673.80. I paid another third party debt collections company ******* back in "2020" $398.00 to settle this account ending in 1380. I do not undertsand why people come out of the woodworks and keep tellin me I need to settle this account. I paid $398.00 back in "2020" I attched the paid in full letter. Maybe both of these companies are scams. They call and harrass my old relatives and family for them to have me call them. They told me there will be a judgement agianst me. What are my rights seeing in good faith I thought I paid this in 2020.

    On 24 Jan 2025 United Recovery Solution portrayed themselves to be a third party debt collector on behalf of ******* and collected $********* dispute is the agency is not associated or affiliated with ******* and has fraudulently collected money for they own gain and/ or benefit.

    This company has called me, texted me and done the same to my relatives or anyone they can find associated with me for years. This goes beyond harassment- its stalking! They are a debt collector looking to collect a debt that does not exist - they also ask for me by my past married name that I havent used in over 14 years - which if there was a debt would make it long since uncollectible. But no debt exists. Their messages threaten litigation etc. despite telling them theres no debt, the calls, texts etc persist. It doesnt stop.

    This company has called me and my family numerous times. No explanation of what the call is for other than saying it's an urgent matter. Thie is illegal practice and they haven't sent me any letters explaining this debt. I'm aware if the ***** and 7/7 rule. They have broken both of them. I intend to sue this company for illegal practices on collecting a bogus debt..

    These people have been calling me claiming I took out a pay day loan years ago. When I asked for proof the *** told me the only proof he can send me is my paid in full letter or papers from a judge. I called the company they claim I have a payday loan with and they do not have a record of me at all. I called back to let them know and a woman told me its because it was so long ago. They called my mom today threatening her and disclosed that I have a payday loan which is illegal. Please do not give these scammers any money

    I received a missed call from automated system, saying my name and I called the number back, and it says, united solutions and I don't know what it's about. I do not want to talk to nobody. I already been scammed and I'm not getting scammed again. Please help.

    This company has harassed me and my wife for the last 2 years looking for our daughter (******** ******). We have told them a number of times not to call us, but they have anyway

    United recovery solutions called me posing as a law office about a payday loan debt from ********* which I have no knowledge of. They are threatening to put a Lien on my bank account they also have my social security number. They were RUDE and kept threatening legal action. I explained that they need to send something in writing to review. The first rep hung up on me when I asked her who this was the second one proceeded to tell me that I was being disrespectful and ignorant, and she was the only one that could help me and the third rep put me on hold when I asked for his direct number after he said he would help me and never came back on the phone. They contacted my ex saying they needed to get in contact with me. They had information such as my past employer, my current address, etc.

    I have been contacted by someone who identified themselves with United recovery solutions,the office of ***** ***** several times regarding a debt from **************** that I have no knowledge of. I have never banked with them at all, and I was threatened that if I didn't pay the at least $1300 today, and I decided to get a lawyer and dispute the charges I would have to pay the full amount of $4000 in debt. I told them I didn't have it so she placed me on hold and then she came back with 2 options of repayment. She told me if I pay the the amount of $634.32 today it would settle the debt and they would send me a letter of settlement or I can make 6 payments of $348 but they were only offering these options today. I told her I don't have $634.32 today and she stated, "well can you borrow it from someone". I told her I didnt have anyone I could borrow it from and she stated a lien would be placed on my bank account for the full $4000 amount by 5pm eastern standard time today and they would start to garnish my check until it was paid. If it wasn't for my mother suggesting I see if it was a legit company on the BBB website, I would have believed them because she stated my full social security number to me. This scammers are getting more thorough with their scamming
