    United recovery solutions spoofed my father's phone number and called me and sent me a text message on Tuesday july 23rd around 9 p.m. saying that they were a friend of my father's who has control of his estate making it seem as if my father had passed away and they needed me to sign something. When I responded they sent me a phone number to call that took me to United recovery solutions phone lines. I want their vile, evil, sick and twisted actions documented and taken care of. They need to be shut down. What kind a horrible punks make it seem like someone's loved one has passed away to collect a debt. That is absolutely deplorable and I will be pursuing legal counsel to hold them accountable.

    I got a call from United Recovery Solutions a NASTY DISRESPECTFUL woman named ****************** who by the way also answers the phone on the fake attorneys line as well claimed she was seizing my bank accounts for pay day loans that I do not owe* she left a voicemail that I can send to you where she insulted me by calling me a professional debtor! I don't think she meant to record that part but my attorney will love it!! in the vm she asked me to have my attorney call ************************************ at the fraudulent number* She also left in the voicemail that she was notifying me as the defendant as if this was an actual legal proceeding* this company from word one used illegal tactics and need to be shut down* she then tells you on the voicemail to call a number that can't be reached for a nonexistent attorney where she answers the phone there too* I am consulting an attorney now to *** * They are scammers and frauds and they need to be shut down but i intend to *** then so maybe they will think twice about scamming* i have the voicemail with the fraudulent attorney nonsense and the attack on my person but i need to know how to send it in

    I received a call that I had a debt that was moving into litigation and I would be having my wages garnished. Without having me verify any of my information, the rep proceeded to read my SSN, and birthdate over the phone which could have been leaked to anyone. I asked for additional information to prove whether or not it was my debt and I expressed that I have never taken out a pay day loan in my life and she proceeded to threaten with court and garnishment and hung up the phone.

    I started receiving texts from this company for a *******************************. That is my husbands ex wife. They divorced 10 years ago. I replied to the messages and even called twice and spoke to someone and explained to them who she is and she and I have no contact, we have never shared my phone number. I've had this same number for about 20 years if not longer. I even gave them her correct new married name, phone number and address. It stopped for a while but received another text for her from them. I feel they are just doing a general search and contacting anyone that *** have some sort of relation. It is very annoying as I nor my husband have zero contact with her. Its starting to feel like harassment since I personally have called and spoke to a live person and explained this in detail and how anything to do with her is a very "bad subject", to put it nicely, and made it very clear I am not to be contacted for her business or personal affairs.

    I requested now twice a cease and desist from this debt collection agencies. This is my last attempt to enforce the cease and desist order. Send any correspondence by mail only.

    I received a call on 2/1/2024 by a mediation agent from the **************** of United Recovery by the name of ********. ******** stated that a past debt with *********** had reached the phase of litigation, and that her organization was calling to mediate and settle the debt. However, when I ask ******** for supporting information concerning this debt and settlement, she stated that she could only provide me with court paperwork, which would result in the company moving forward with the matter legally. My willingness to not cover the debt was rooted in the fact that she was unable to provide me with supporting documentation. Additionally, I have not documentation from any collection agency regarding this debt.

    This company contacted me over the phone claiming they could retrieve money lost from my time share due to fraudulent activities.i signed a contract with them. i made numerous calls to the company after paying all of the fees and have not been able to talk to anyone since. Every call goes to voicemail .I feel I have been scammed.
