      I was never delivered my full order, of 4 items and received 2 defective items out of the 3 that were sent. There was no return authorization regardless of the fact that you could return anything within 30 days. I did text with someone who said it was not their department. Also, Midtech knives has changed their name,but denies it. They are now called MD Knives from Sanford Florida. Pretty similar address to midtech knives.

      I believe MidTech knives has opened a new business called ** ******. I was told by some guy named **** he would send me a couple of free samples to prove they are better than MidTech. I believe they are the same people. See the copy of the emails to me. I do not even know how ** obtained my email address, but I do know that all my information is sold on the internet. ** uses the same tactics as Midtech Knives. ** happens to conveniently be located in Sanford. I have not received any other word or the free offer from ** Knives. They have had time to make good on their promise.

      I purchased a Midtech Dart Launcher V1 from Midtech Knives for $29.99 (ORDER #*****) on 12/2/22. On 12/5/22 I received an email saying "your order is on the way" with a USPS tracking number. However, that tracking number did not give me the status of the shipment. After a couple of weeks of waiting I decided to call Midtech and could not reach anyone. I then sent them a direct message on Instagram and got no response. I then realized there were many other people in my shoes. It is now March of 2023 and I have yet to receive my order. Their website is no longer in existence.

      Order placed November 13, 2022. Never received the merchandise, they never answered emails I sent them and never answered their phone. Of course have not refunded my money.

      Put an order in *****  August 13 2022 never received it and have sent a lot of emails but not one reply back

      Places order November 3rd, 2022 and the items never shipped. They never respond to calls or emails. I just tried to follow up on this and found that their website is now gone. So, $180 gone, company vanished, and not sure what to do at this point.

      I placed an order last October 13 2022, they took my payment $79.98 and did not ship me my order. I have tried to call and email several times with no response. At this point I would be happy with a refund. I even checked in to stopping by the company and either getting the products or a refund while I was in Florida, but there is no brick and morter store that I could find.

      i purchase a knife product through the website on 11/12/22. The product was 60 dollars. and it was suppose to be a promotional item sent with a free gift that was another knife but different from what I ordered. after 2 weeks went by without no shipping info emailed. I reached out but their business number only goes to a general voicemail. i waited two more weeks and called again but then the voicemail had a message saying the orders were sent but were late due to so many orders that are getting gifts knives sent along and the ran out. two more weeks passed which within that time frame I left messages when the mailbox wasn't full, I sent emails with my order info and yet not one response not one email. Here we are almost 3 months later and I have nothing and they have my money. As a business they could've at least responded no matter the excuses or reason. I don't even want the product now and want a full refund. my order # *****

      Order date 11/03/22 Order cost $79 Delivery was supposed to be 7 to 10 business days I've tried calling their advertised phone number and got the same message saying there is a backlog problem and that they will be shipping out orders soon. I've tried emailing them through their email address and got no response. Though I've tried on numerous occasions to both call and email them I have not heard one word from them. The real problem is they promised the order would be delivered by Christmas if ordered by a certain date.

      I purchased two knives for a present and only one arrived.I would like to have the knife that I bought and never received. If you can changed to a smaller knife i would pay the difference possible. I called and there is no one to speak with.No refund or acknowledgment. Several emails that come, however has nothing written in the email.
