      Midtech Knives used to be good some 3 years ago with excellent communication and orders received within about 10 days. This was before the Pandemic. I placed an order for 2 knives back then, never received an update. a reply to my emails or the knives. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was reimbursed for the money I spent. Midtech Knives was the only place I could find one particular, which I would purchase for friends as a gift. Jump ahead to Fall of2022, they started a new and aggressive sales campaign on email saying that all knives were back in stock. In October of 2022 I placed 3 separate orders, have never had an update, they do not respond to my emails and I have not received any of the three orders. I emailed that if I don't receive shipping & tracking confirmation by Friday, December 9, 2022, will be filing a dispute with my credit card companies. I call their phone number and get a voice mail saying they are about 12 days late but are getting the orders out. You cannot speak to a person. The recording says to send them an email but, you will never get an email reply. AND YET, AS OF THIS DATE, DECEMBER 7, 2022, I CONTINUE TO RECEIVE AT LEAST 2 EMAILS A WEEK FROM MIDTECH KNIVES IN REGARD TO SALES AND SPECIAL OFFERS. MIDTECH KNIVES, a decent company just 3 years ago has turned into a scam.

      Ordered product on Oct.29th. 2022. They took my money ( $ 90 ) & I have nothing to show for it. I have sent multiple emails & tried to call their customer service support line but do not receive any responses. Funny how they still try to solicit me to buy more products ( take more of my money ) ,but can't fulfill my current order. What a great business model !! Take our money & get a whole lot of nothing in return. This company should not be allowed to do business. Absolutely disgusting .

      Ordered on 10/25/2022 and nothing was mailed. Won't answer e-mail or phone. A scam!
