  The moment I spoke with Jim, he explained the entire process as I was extremely upset how the insurance kept ignoring me. I knew once I spoke to him, he was a man of his word. I payed the fee to have him help me, and he did not disappoint!! He was there for every question and frustrating moment. He got the amount he said he would. This man knows his stuff!

  Jim is the best most honest and knowledgeable person to deal with I was dealing with insurance company that tried to rip me off on a total loss on a 2008 911 Porsche Turbo and he got me additional $11,000. Plus he help me with other things I will definitely use them in the future heÂ’s well educated and knows how to handle himself well.

  I was recently involved in a rear end collision and the insurance company paid me only $950 for the diminished value. Knowing the amount was unfair I started researching online on how to get fair diminished value for your car and that's how I came across DV Check. Jim was very helpful and guided me through the whole process from additional claims to negotiations. I got additional $3700 for diminished value check from the insurance company and the process was very quick.   I am a college student who invested all my savings into a BRAND-new car so that I would have reliable transportation. Only days after purchasing my vehicle, a man had hit my parked car in a nearly vacant parking lot with his Yukon, resulting in substantial damage, making my car unsafe to drive. I was devastated, as I had not even put my first tank of gas in my car. I am grateful that the driver took full responsibility and notified me of the accident, as I was not in the car when the accident occurred. However, after waiting over 5 months, his insurance company was refusing to pay me for loss of use and diminished value, which is rightly due, in accordance with South Carolina state law. The insurance company informed me that I have the burden of proof to prove this loss because I live in SC. I researched how to obtain such proof.   I found DVCheck online, and after reading the reviews, I decided to use their services. After uploading the required documents, I was provided a thorough appraisal for my vehicle. It took several months for the repairs to be completed, and Jim updated my appraisal as more damage was uncovered. I uploaded the appraisal to my insurance claim and waited. And waited some more. I really just gave up and mentally moved on. Jim contacted me three months later and asked if a settlement was received. When informed that it hadn't, he called the other appraiser. I received an email the next day that a settlement was negotiated, and I should be hearing something in the next fee weeks. In that short few days, Jim almost doubled my settlement. You go Jim! I received my settlement electronically a few days later. I am happy.
