    We had an amazing time. Beautiful view. The condo we stayed in had construction work going on, so it was a bit loud. But they came in at a decent hour and left at a decent hour. Everything was wonderful. Centrally located. Will definitely be back.

    Holiday Isle is top notch!! From the super easy booking of the reservation, to the prompt responses to any questions, to the check in/ check out process the staff were courteous, friendly, and efficient! The accommodations were even better than pictured. Not one complaint from this girl!

    Condo was comfortable and very clean. Would like to see some updates. TVs are out dated, would like at least one Smart TV. Ceiling fans in bedrooms don't work. Couch is in need of replacing. Staff at property was helpful, friendly, and sensitive to our needs and questions.

    Fabulous company to work with. they are prompt and kind in answering any questions at all. Everything is clearly detailed and easy to follow. Have used many times and never have been disappointed. Highly recommended!!!

    This company doesn't deserve even a 1 star. I called them to see if we could move our reservation by 5 days due to the incoming category 4 hurricane. Their response was "our owner's have been awaiting this commission and that's not fair to them" . We simply wanted to move it, we didn't ask for a refund, just moving it by a few days later so that all could travel safely, as we have people traveling from CA and from NC flying into FL. We would have to fly through the hurricane to get to the destination and they didn't seem bothered, said they can only assure the quality of the condo not assure the quality of the weather. If this was a weather issue I would understand, but the entire state of FL is in a state of emergency, and there are travel advisories from our airline (which I sent a copy of , from Southwest, to the manager, Donna ) she said they aren't evacuating so they would not be moving our condo. We would have to fly directly through the hurricane to get to Destin from North Carolina, and they did not seem to care other than "we aren't getting hit by the storm" meanwhile there is a state of emergency issued and approved by congress for the entire state of Florida. I would never stay at one of their properties again, due to the condescending, disrespectful, and lack of customer service these people have.
