      Purchased 3 charter boat tickets to Crab Island for April 2nd, 2025, from 10am-2pm. Upon arrival noted no one was on site of the location provided- ** ******* ***** ******* SW Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548 (an abandoned hotel). I then called the number provided (850) 317-8600 and a man answered and quickly hung up stating he would call back with information. No one called back, so I called back again stating I would like a refund. I was told the man did not have a license to be on water and therefore would not be running the tour. I was also told I would get a refund and should see an email soon. I never received any email, or refund. I have not been able to get in contact since.

      On October 1, 2024 we had a boat tour for Crab Island booked with Crab Island Water Taxi. The tour was booked online for 10am-2pm that day and I paid online the amount of $387.05. I recorded a call from the owner Mike a couple hours before the tour informing me that they had to cancel our tour due to their boats being inspected by the coast guard. He said he would refund the money to me. It has now been 3 weeks and I have not received a refund, have had numerous phones calls go to voicemail with zero response, numerous emails not replied to, and even Facebook messages ignored. This company has done this to others as I read recent reviews and should not be operating a business if they are scamming folks. The only resolution is a refund or shut this business down!
