      This company ripped us off we were there in September. We booked a trip online on September 22 that evening at 9 o'clock he called us and said that he didn't have enough people that we would have to cancel, but he recommended somebody else he said our money would be refunded because they are the ones that weren't able to provide us with the trip that next day, we have been trying to get a hold of this company for months. The number on the website is not a correct number it just goes to voicemail. Nobody ever answers it believe me. I've tried to call it. 500 times we have seen this happen to several people for this business we are retired couple that are money is very tight. They took $241 that day for something that they did not provide a service for Stop somebody needs to get to the bottom of it. This has to stop please take consideration this place and how we can even get a hold of them because no working number is right. I would appreciate an email back We would appreciate your help in this because we have still not recovered our money. I wouldn't even give them a one if you wanna know the truth specially when they rip people off of their money.

      I booked a private boat months in advance for my bachelorette party. The night before we were suppose to go, Mike, the owner called to say a boat broke down and asked me to go on a non-private party boat earlier than what my reservation was for. He said he would make sure we had a good time and I would be refunded for the price difference plus tickets for 2 people who did not come. I agreed. However, while on the boat we figured out this happened to another group as well and noticed one of the private boats they owned was at Crab Island with us that had a bunch of young and very pretty girls on it. Our 2 groups of older people some how could not get the private boat. I find it odd with how many months I booked in advance that the other group booked before me. I guess that is just speculation. But I have NEVER received my refund, even after talking to Mike again after the boat ride and messaging the company twice with no response.
