    I purchased a product (pifi Long range wifi repeater system) from Simple Wifi in December of 2022. I received no notification from the website of my purchase order or shipment until an order has been delivered email on January 18th. I had already attempted to contact the company on January 10th and 12th via phone and email to request cancellation of the order but was unable to get a response (due to never receiving confirmation email). I was very worried I had been scammed as I had noticed a fraudulent alert email from my bank that had went into my junk email. Following the package delivery (still unopened to ensure I can get my refund), I have tried again weekly to contact the company via email and phone (without any response) to request to return the package for a refund. I am within the return window for the product, but have been unable to get any support from customer service. It is a substantial sum (right under 500$ dollars). They advertise customer support via phone and email. Yet they have been unable/unwilling to respond to my request. In addition, if you request support via their website by filling out the contact us box - a copy is not emailed to you to provide documentation. There is also no way to leave a voicemail and request a call back. The last time, I realized this and have begun emailing from my phone in order to have proof via screenshots.
