    I think that Simple WiFi is a scam, and if it is not, they have the worst customer service of any business that I have ever dealt with. I received my equipment fine, but there is no customer service help. The phone number that they provide is a message, and neither of the email addresses that they show on their website appear to work. (Because no none responds or you get the email back saying that it cannot be delivered because there is no such address) I have tried for 3 weeks to get some help configuring my PiFi. I have not been able to contact anyone from this company by phone or by email. i have seen reviews where the company blames people for calling the wrong number, well I have been calling the number provided. because I cannot get any help, I have a $500.00 router and a couple antennas. The app Tether is also no help and seems to contradict the instructions that come with the PiFi. I cannot understand how Simple WiFi is still in business. I guess the customer reviews that they show on the website are positive because thee buyers never needed to speak with anyone. Warning, if you buy this equipment, you may be on your own when it comes time to set it up; I am. Buyer Beware!
