    13 years ago I purchased an IUL policy from *************************, he never informed me that the fees for this insurance policy would be $10,000. This is clearly robbery and usury. I now find out that I have paid $10,000 in fees and have little accumulated value. He has a choice to refund my policy or face bad ****** reviews and or a law suit for lack of disclosing fee's.

    My name is *************************, VP of GoldenTrust Insurance. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are sorry for any inconvenience this complaint has caused. In response to the complaint, we are sorry to hear this customer experienced and feels this way. After our investigation, ***************************** worked for Univista Insurance, which has no ties with GoldenTrust Insurance. GoldenTrust Insurance was founded in 2015, making it eight years old. ************************************ incident happened 13 years ago. ********************* must redirect her complaint to the correct corporation. We take any complaint very seriously and ***** it our utmost attention. In our investigation, we also contacted the Insurance carrier that ********************* used, and they found no wrongdoing. I respectfully request that BBB delete this complaint from our records because GoldenTrust did not write ************************* policy as mentioned before Univista Insurance wrote this policy on Dec of 2013 . This incorrect statement with BBB is affecting GoldenTrust Insurance negatively. If you need further information, please get in touch with me directly at **************.
