    After reaching out to the company regarding the situation I've experienced, I was able to speak with Jose who assured me that he was going to make sure the situation would get handled to the fullest and he did just THAT! He apologized and advised their were disciplinary actions for the way the agent handled things, Thank you so much for rectifying the problem. He went above and beyond, I'm telling you he contacted me everyday providing me updated details regarding the status of where he stood. He was able to send a check via mail (Which I received), He also was able to take care of the cancellation fee as well... It was truly an honor speaking/working with this Gentlemen, they definitely need more people like him in the insurance industry. GREAT JOB JOSE! The customer service skills you delivered were tremendous, I wish I would've spoken to you from the start. BBB if you can remove the complaint please do, as the issue has been resolved.
