      Absolute dog sh*t bank. The app never works. Transferring money is nearly impossible on the app. The e-statements never pull up and when you go into the bank they hassle you when you ask to have them print them out. You can hand them your ID for them to open an account and they will still Manage to misspell your name on your account. Only thing they have going for them is their coffee.

      Not the fault of customer service agents- bank policies are a scam - $26 per overdraft I think I paid them like $600 this year because my direct deposit doesnt hit when I expect and they pull out the money like a day early. Its actually horrible- might as well join a big bank at this point since this no longer feels like a community bank

      I am disappointed with the way their web site is, and in general. They used to be a good credit union, but not any more. Very sorry to say this, but from web site on, they don't seem to care what anyone thinks about their credit union, Thats my perspective only. I was satisfied for years but not so much any longer. Looking around!

      I was a satisfied customer of this credit union since it was SCCU until recently. The "upgrade" to their BillPay system has been a disaster resulting in unpaid or delayed bills with no notification! We have had plenty of money available for the payments in our accounts. We will be closing our accountst as soon as we can change one direct deposit.

      I have been banking with Achieva for over 10 years. As of recently, they keep putting holds on my bill payments and not allowing me to spend money as needed. I am being pushed the point of closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.

      I Been Calling The Head Quarters Of Achieva Credit Union All Day And Spoke With A Couples Of Representatives And They Not Able To Tell Me Whos The Indenture Trustee *************** Its Like There Trying To Hide It?

      They charged me 18$ a month in fees because i was saving money in a savings account - for dormant fees - bull s*** - its called a savings account - they drained my 400$ i was saving so bad - not one email , letter or app alert

      Dear Mr. ***************** reviewed your account history and noted there was no activity on your account at all between 9/30/21 and 3/31/23.  At that time inactive fees were assessed each month for a total of $80.00.  The account is now closed.  The notices we sent you were returned bad address.

      So they deposited my money into someone elses account. It has been resolved but the disorganization and non-understanding of the employees is so disrespectful. The im sorrys and doesn't do anything. For God's Sake my money was in someone elses account.

      I looked into this matter and confirmed the deposit you made at the branch unfortunately was deposited into someone else's account in error, which was corrected the next day.  The reason we provide a receipt for each transaction is for the purpose of catching potential errors prior to our members leaving the branch.  We are sorry for the human error that was made.  Unfortunately, you did not look at your receipt when you were still in the branch.  If that was the case, the error would have been caught much earlier.  I did review the phone calls you made into the credit union the next day.  The profane manner in which you communicated to our employees is abusive and unacceptable.

      Bad company policies. I have had a car loan for the past year with Achieva. With auto-pay, I never miss a payment and never late. My insurance increased this year so I shopped around and switched to a different carrier. I made an error in the new policy start date by one day. Achieva, along with their insurance partner, two months after the missed day of coverage, bought me an insurance policy for the day I missed two months ago. The charged me for 30 days of the policy even though it was in effect for one day. The answer I got from Achieva customer service was - that's their policy. The value of the assessed charge is equal to one month of interest they get from me for my loan. With 3 years left on the loan, they will lose a whole lot more from the lost interest than the fee they assessed as I am moving the balance of my loan to Suncoast Credit Union.

      This is truly the most unorganized unsupportive company to open a credit line with. I did so because they offered a great rate on a car payment a few years ago. They charge me $30 extra EVERY MONTH just to make the payment ON TIME online. Half of the time the website doesn't work to even make a payment- fortunately I switched to auto pay. I've had to go in in person to resolve this, which did nothing in the end because I was told it was simple to handle on the website? Just silly and a waste of money.
