  Highly Not recommended, A Dishonest Veteran with Deceptive and Shady Business Practices!Supporting a veteran-owned business can be admirable, but this veteran uses his veteran status (veteran-owned and operated) and SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) badge, faith-based ideology to win customers while knowingly and purposely acting in bad faith and violating the ethics and morals of his customers. His business consists of subcontractors that are not organic to his company, leaving you with poor prioritization for repairs and issues. Subcontractors will show up unannounced due to his horrible communication. Make sure you have cameras because they will damage your property like they did mine. Also the contractor may not be paid despite you making a payment, or change contractors for a lesser $$ resulting in a lien which he did to us. Larco Pools is notorious for reporting negative reviews about his company to hide them from potential customers and consistently manipulates his positive ****** reviews so negative reviews momentarily disappear to deceive future customers. Buyer beware ********************** lacks transparency and accountability, producing poor work while dodging responsibility and providing poor customer service despite advertising good customer service. From inadequate supervision to sloppy contractors and endless excuses, this company is **** with dishonesty and does not honor warranties or contracts. I deeply regret choosing Larco Pools; it has been a nightmare since the start. Look elsewhere for a professional, transparent pool contractor that produces quality work because it does not reside here. Lastly, if you are looking into a pool company for a pool build, look at their sorted/filtered ****** reviews periodically before requesting a quote, BBB reviews, Reddit, *******. Law, etc., using the pool company's name, and maybe the owner's name in a search to avoid going under contract with a shady pool contractor such as Larco Pools.

  •He change the color of the pool finish without telling us, we accepted it •The lanai ceiling was not even there, even after we told you it was wrong, had to be taken down and redone•TRASH I picked up 3 crates full of debris, trash etc. Kept waiting for you to do it, said you would, never did after 4 weeks, •Lanai contractor left metal chips inside and outside of lanai , never cleaned up, had to actually used a vacuum to clean up inside and outside, prevent dogs from getting hurt, workers said that the rain would take it away?•Lanai workers broke (chipped) 6 of my walkway blocks, you said you would fixed them, did not• sprinklers heads and tubing, YES stated in contract not responsible, but OMG plumber guy broke it 3 times, same spot. 2 x after I marked it with blue paint and red stake, and one time broke the tubing and did not find it until I found the extreme leak in the grass area, I paid for all to be repaired•BIG ISSUE electrical to pump to house, in attic , your guys went corner to corner instead of properly laying it flat around the upper attic, went over wood, beams insulation and you never looked at the job after I complained. •You forgot the diamonds on the steps, had to get them redone•Told me 2 different times pool would be done for visitors, Feb- NOT DONE April-NOT DONE August and still was not done•Filter and 2 filter tubing was plugged and not working, you had the BS to tell me it was my fault because of the sand I put on the tile, it ended up being the shock creek your guys plugged it up.•BIGGEST CONCERN: you said you had everything done and completed, end of contract, pipes still plugged, you put in a chlorine pool NOT a saltwater pool setup and no aqu-link setup, after we told you this, you told my wife financially having troubles, I told you I don’t care I have a contract we paid in full FINISH it and do it right •Because you did not put in the right equipment, we had to pay extra money to get things fixed right•

  Sign contract on 4-4-23 It is now 8-14-24 and still do not have a pool he has 98% of my money since Dec5 the 2023 this company will not return my call buyer please beware

  **** and his crew completed pool repair work for me this past weekend. They were terrific to work with. **** analyzed my pool repair needs and came up with a low cost solution. The work was done on time and just as **** described. My pool looks fantastic thanks to their diligent efforts. **** was honest and glad to share valuable knowledge he has acquired that will help me care for the pool for many years. He never tried to sell me on anything that wasn't needed and stands out in my 30 years in the ******* area as someone who delivers exactly what he says efficiently and on time. I highly recommend Larco- they were a pleasure to deal with,
