      Ordered a knife set for my husband on February 10th 2023, sent a email on the 21st. My order was never processed. This was a valentines gift. Awaiting refund....Won't use this company again!

      We had an unfortunate issue with our manufacturer failing to let us know that an item that was part of the customers set was not included in our inventory shipment. We informed the customer of the issue when they emailed us and we issued a refund. Refunds take 3-5 business days to process

      They never responded to any emails. They added a knife to my order and tried to get me to pay for it and wont respond to emails. My order number is ****** and Ive been trying to call them and it goes to their full voicemail. All I want is a refund for the money they took and they havent even bothered to ship the knife so ordered.

      I ordered a knife last week and beenI ordered a knife last week and been having issues receiving my purchase. I have emailed them numerous times and each time they mentioned an email with tracking number inside when there was not. Once I said I would like to cancel I got the tracking number. Only to find out that it was just generated and has not left their facility. I have been going back and forth with them with no results. This is my first purchase with them. I should have read reviews first, so if you are reading this. You have been warned and you will regret purchasing from them.

      Placed a order on July 13,2022 from this company. Order wasnt processed until July 20th but in the website it said it would be shipped the next day. Received a tracking number on the 20th but my package has never left the post office apparently because it's still in pre shipment. Tried to contact the company via phone but they don't answer the phone and the voicemail is full so you can't leave a voicemail. So I'll try to contact the email and they keep giving me the runaround saying they're going to put my information to the right person so that my issue can be resolved yet nothing's been done still. Contacted United States postal service and they're telling me that it's probably a scam because there is no reason why the package has not been out of free shipment or been delivered to my residence.
