Order# ****** for ****** ***** I placed my order on 4/20/25. I called to check on my order on 4/28/25 and was told that they were waiting on one thing for my order and that it was expected later that day or the following day and then it would be sent out. They even offered expedited shipping. On 4/28/25 I received an email that my order was shipped but according to tracking only the shipping label was created. I have tried calling numerous times over the past week as well as emailed and posted on their ******** with no answers or replies. I would like my order or a refund at this point.Initial Complaint

I ordered a blade on the 27th of march. Its been a little over a week and have not received an update about shipping, or a tracking number. Ive sent two emails to the customer service department, with no responses. Ive tried calling, and an automated machine told me to call back on the next business day, and that they werent taking anymore calls. I was charged and I have yet to hear back or get any updates. Ordered some knives on December 1 2024 , paid over 300$ (600$ value) Black Friday sale. After first week contacted company as the **** tracking number showed label created awaiting package, company said that **** doesnt scan their packages, waited another week contacted company again - **** tracking showed no package, contacted company again after 3rd week **** still did not show a package or an expected shipping date, contacted company again stating there was no **** of package within the **** system (contacted **** ) I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute of chargesCustomer Answer

I would like the "giveaway" I won,(10/11/24) I entered a giveaway and won a bench **** knife (as shown on the screen and description) the business then saw who won and proceeded to switch the giveaway items. At first they said they'd send stickers but than agreed to send the knife. after receiving the package the knife that was suppose to be sent wasnt instead a china brand knife "dknife" of far lesser quality and valve then the bench **** advertised. As per *** gambling laws switching giveaways is illegal. I would like the knife that I won to be sent to me not a cheap replacement. Package was received on (10/21/24) after trying to resolve the issue myself by asking the business while they were live streaming they proceeded to "gas light" me and saying it wasn't the item I won. Yet the description and video receipt shows otherwise. So they are clearly lying. Then they proceeded to block me and now other people who purchase from the business have been messaging me and harassing me.Initial Complaint

I paid blade-city $106 plus another 10 bucks for 2-day shipping and I still havent received my package I would like to know why they even offer a 2 day option if they are not going to fulfil that order seems very scamish to meInitial Complaint

Ordered a ******* Balisong on 1 Oct 2022 via Order #******. Since 15 Dec 2022, I have emailed their customer support more than 6 times and received 3 responses promising item is being shipped or that they are trying to determine a suitable resolution for my inquiries and that they would get back to me. They have promised a ship date 2 weeks from emails in Dec 2022, and a tracking number. I have requested a refund if they cannot ship the item ordered. No further responses. It is impossible to reach anyone there by phone, they leave their inbox full so cannot even leave a message. Total amount charged to my credit card was $52.94, including a fee for **** "Quick Ship plus Tracking." MESSAGE FROM CONSUMER:Good afternoon ******,Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to update the subject complaint with details of the resolution.Resolution of Complaint:I did not get contacted by this business due to this complaint, but rather it was immediately after I posted a Google review about my experience with the company that I was personally called by one of the owners of the company. He explained to me that with the limited resources they had between the four co-owners and the highly increased level of business due to increased marketing effort, they had to subcontract out their customer service to a third-party company. Apparently, after many complaints, Blade City realized this was a bad idea and was actually doing more harm than good for their business. The owner offered me a choice of resolutions, one of which was a complete refund, and that is what I chose. In addition, I was surprised to learn that they also sent me the knife I had ordered…free! While it was unexpected, it was really appreciated after such a long wait. It is important to anyone who reads this to understand that the owners of this company really do want to satisfy their customers and this was just a learning experience for them which, according to them, has caused them to revise their operations accordingly. I consider this complaint completely resolved!
