    *********************************d return something as long as in original condition and within 30 days. I feel because I do change my mind that is my right. She is the manager, her name is *****. I should be able to change my mind about a purchase. It does not matter how much. Ive never been treated that way in Coach or ***********************. If there was a limit I should have been told about it before and I wasnt. This employee was very unprofessional and I will never shop in Dooney again. Im upset about my treatment and restrictions on how many times I can change my mind and return it. In same condition bought it in. My friends or family will not shop there either and anybody else I can tell. We will all shop at Coach or ***********************. They have no restrictions and only employ professionals. This is ******** Dooney & Bourke factory store located in ********, *******. I need to know if there is a limit I can change my mind. That manager needs to apologize and reprimanded for how I was treated.

    I appreciate the feedback as we can always learn from different situations. Unfortunately, the situation our client is describing is not accurate. This client was told about our final sale policy and this was delivered in a quiet and respectful manner. If the client felt uncomfortable that was not the intention as customer service is very important to us. Since this complaint the client has shopped in our store several times and has not mentioned feeling uncomfortable. If we offended or hurt the feelings of our client that was not our intention. We have final sale policies that we discuss with all clients as we never want a client to be singled out. As a team we love what we do and respect the clients that shop in the store.
