    Dooney doesn't deserve 1 star. They have the absolute worst customer service. I ordered a purse on 12/10/23, and their system changed the color from Ivy to Black. I tried to get them to cancel or exchange the purse and they would not. They only offer to return it for your money back and pay full price for the correct color. I immediately notified them via cha on 12/10/23, after placing the order and seeing the color was changed. I also called the 12/11/23 to get it changed or canceled. They told me you cannot cancel orders once placed and they cannot change it. Then they proceeded to take 2 weeks longer to send me my item so I could not return and get it at the lower price. I have been a Dooney and Bourke customer since I was a child. I will never do business with this company again. They do not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. Do NOT shop with Dooney.com or their Dooney App! You will be completely disappointed. I had way more respect with Peter ******, but not anymore!
