    On May 1st we paid a deposit and signed a contract for job. On May 28th paid remaining amount of contract. On 5/24 they sent someone to take laser measurements. On 6/4 the installers came to deliver, the island was done wrong size, the bathroom sink was cut in the wrong place, and the hole they drilled for the ** tap was covered by the sink bracket, and the sink I paid for was not the sink that was installed. The salesman **** came to see the issues and spoke to the installers about the dishwasher bracket that did not fit. He took a screwdriver and hammered the bracket on my new vinyl floor and forced the bracket in place and screwed it in. He assured me they would fix the countertops and left. After he left I noticed my dishwasher was crooked. I looked at the bracket and noticed he cracked both adjacent cabinets (that were brand new and had just been installed weeks prior) when attempting to s**** in a bracket that did not fit. I emailed the manager *******, attaching photos ect. He did not respond. I called the office, and emailed again before he responded saying I needed to work with ****. **** came to my house and he made me extremely uncomfortable. I emailed ******* again saying I didnt want to work with **** and I needed an answer! ******* said I didnt need the cabinets replaced and they would offer me a small discount check. I said I wanted to speak with the owner. My cabinets were brand new and they had no right breaking them. Not only that but ** left with half of the countertops I paid for, the wrong sink, I cant even install my plumbing because of the sink bracket covering the tap hole, and 2 broken cabinets that were brand new. I emailed them a bill to replace the new cabinets and the contractors quote to install them. I would like a check for that amount as well as a refund for the sink and to have the remaining pieces I paid for installed P**PERLY! Or a total refund! ******* refuses to help, owner will not contact me.

    This complaint has been resolved with the consumer and we came to an agreement. The consumer was to remove the complaint.
