    Terrible customer er service. My $10,000 counter top is so bad I have to cover the worst part with a large cutting board. Alpha Granite says not there fault and the extra $500 I spent for the Stone Tech sealer the representative says not there fault. Well its certainly not my fault as I didnt do the install or the sealer.

    Not only do they not make the install date, “ours was a week late”. Our installer had only been on the job for 2 weeks. Our stone although beautiful, has multiple areas of chips, scratches, remaining residue, & water spots . Our Island was cut with a seam in the middle, and the installers either broke one half, it broke in transit, or while being cut, and now has uneven seams with obvious patching. The backsplash does not match at the left seam “I went into American stone to pick out the slabs , and assure the island pieces and back splash piece as well as wine bar would be cut the way I wanted the movement and Mark our salesman said they are mirror image pieces and it will match. The three holes that were cut for our sink, disposal and soap dispenser were destroyed and the patch’s made with resin material did not match. A second installer was sent out to repair the previous installers destruction and allthough he tried, our stone still looks horrible. Our salesman basically said it was our fault cause we rushed the job that was sold to us as a 2 week job, but ended up being 4 weeks. We have asked for the owner to come look at our granite and offer a solution, however he does not return calls other than a voicemail that stated: I want to get paid!
