4/1/22 I paid a deposit of $750 and about $350 in ******** ads.The company promised to double or triple the amount of business I already had. Their ads promise not to lower pricing. I was told to lower my price, The ad promised to get me 2 clients the first week of posting ads . They promise 29 clients within 3 weeks. I had 1 client book, that was over the age of the ads limitation of 65 years old. She was 72. And came in for a complimentary consultation which I dont offer in person. There was another women who booked and no showed, and a 3rd gentlemen who booked and also no showed. However it took weeks just to get 3 clients that all fell thru with no service and not the 2 in the first week or close to 29 in 3 weeks. When I requested a meeting to discuss the issues I was blamed for why clients didnt book. I spent a few hundred dollars on top of the deposit for ads on ******** that werent working. I contacted my attorney, after the owner offered me half of my deposit if I signed a release. My attorney told me not to sign the release because the deposit was not written in the release. I was able to be refunded for the deposit thru my bank, but could not obtain what was spent on ads from ********.

This company advertised that they are providing advertisement services for spa and salon. They charged $1,500 to start and $499 per month afterwards. They never provided me with any services due to technical difficulties they were having. I checked my account in September and noticed them still charging me and not once have they provided the service. I have called, emailed and texted on numerous occasions and no one has gotten back to me. This is unethical business practice and should not be allowed to continue with these deceptive practices. Please help me!
