    I worked with ScaleYourMedSpa/ScaleAI/ScaleStrategyGroup/ScaleUPMarketing. They have a lot of names. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. My ad did pay for itself was very moderate gains. They come out of the gate being very helpful and then fade out pretty quickly. So you have to keep up with them. It's $199 startup fee then $499 after that for them to make ads and post them on Instagram and ********* You pay directly out of pocket for all of the ******** advertising fees. But if there is the smallest error on their side your money is gone forever. I had a billing error and they charged me twice for one month of service. After three months and over 20 emails, *********************** the Manager still did not corrected this error. Every excuse in the world was given; someone was sick, it's the holidays, **** (manager) was out of town, Oh, sorry, I thought we already did that, Will you take a discount and let us we'll lock you in for six more months?

    Company was hired to make calls to potential clients that had inquired ******** with their name, phone number and email. It was a complete waste of money and time . They made no effort to get patients to convert , had no marketing strategy, and wouldnt refund me and threaten me with sending the bill to collections if I disputed their last charge with my bank . awful company and experience.

    If I could give NEGATIVE stars of 100 I would do so. Company was hired to make calls to potential clients that had inquired ******** with their name, phone number and email. There was zero return on investment. They kept going back and forth couldn't get things setup then had to train someone, wouldn't take help from another company offering to help them. SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE, stay away from. $600 wasted!!!!
