- There is no up front payment for our Landlord Customers. We are paid by the Landlords (owners) from rental income of the tenants. Our tenants are not technically customers as we are paid to manage them.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- We will replace any tenant who does not remain in the property for the first six months of a lease with no charges by our company to find and place a qualified new tenant.
