I am writing on behalf of my aunt, ***** *******. She ordered a bed through Craftmatic Beds on 12/9/2024 with invoice number #*****. She paid in full at that time with her banking information over the phone. No bed has ever been delivered nor has she received any communication. She was first told the bed would be delivered on 12/23/2024. Then when both her and I contacted Craftmatic on 12/26/2024 we were both was told no, that it would be 12/30/2024. That date came and went without any communication or delivery of her bed. She called multiple times from 1/6/2025- 1/9/2025 and was finally able to talk to someone on 1/9/2025. She was given yet a new delivery date of 1/27/2025. She was told that if they could not make delivery on that date that someone would contact her. Unfortunately, that date came and went too without any delivery or communication. ***** again tried calling multiple times between 1/28/2025 and 2/4/2025 and was finally able to talk with someone on 2/4/2025. This time she was told that the situation would be escalated, and she would receive an email. My brother happened to be there during this conversation and talked to the individual on the phone who said they would send my brother an email as well. Neither my aunt or my brother received any communication via email or otherwise. It has now been more than two months since that last communication with Craftmatic *************** As she had not been given any new information we were forced to buy another bed for her. On 4/27/2025 I wrote an email to ****** *****, the CEO, with a similar message/request to this message without any response. At this time, we believe Craftmatic Industries has failed to uphold their part in the contract, taking advantage of a disabled elderly person, and are requesting a full refund be sent to her in the amount of $3,344.28.Initial Complaint

I ordered a couple of Craftmatic California King beds on October 9, 2024 I paid $5,626.84 and have not received the merchandise. I always have to initiate the conversation with an agent named *****. His contact information is ************ In December 2024 two mattresses were dumped in my driveway. We discovered them when we arrived home from church. They are still boxed in my utility room. I asked about 2 weeks after the purchase if I could cancel and was told immediately NO. I replied that is not what the contract says. ***** then said let me see if they have begun to fill the order. If do, you cant cancel. At that point he went totally silent on me for a few weeks. Then the excuses began. I am rejecting this response because:We've made many attempts by phone 2 pay on this purchase w/no timely customer service reply. When we did get someone to call us back-it wasn't the correct person to take our payment-leaving our payment on hold an communication w/the company poor.
Per the 2nd part of the response, per ******* request we'll submit an email for the full deposit refund ($1,000), even though we've requested that deposit via phone.
When can we expect the refund to arrive?

On behalf of my husband ***** ****, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order placed with Craftmatic company on January 28, 2025, for a bed frame and 2 twin mattresses.Check number 8482 in the amount of $4,798.00 was sent as payment and successfully cleared on January 31, 2025. After calling Craftmatic customer service line nine (9) times between January 28 and March 10, 2025, I finally received the mattresses on March 10, 2025. However, the bed frame has still not been delivered, despite twelve (12) additional calls placed between March 13 and April 9, 2025, all of which have gone unanswered or to voicemail with no resolution.Specific call dates were twice on 1/28/25, once on 2/11/25, 2/18/25, three times on 2/21/25, once on 2/27/25, 3/10/25, twice on 3/13/25, once on 3/14/25, twice on 3/20/25, twice on 3/25/25, twice on 4/2/25, once on 4/8/25, twice on 4/9/25, and all 4 numbers listed on 4/10 ************, ************, ************, ************. I purchased a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed and mattress from Craftmatic by check for $3738.00, on March 11, 2025. I was told it would take two weeks to build the bed, and I would be contacted for a delivery date. I contacted Craftmatic on 3/27/25, and was told they would send an email to delivery. Weve owned a Craftmatic adjustable bed for well over 30 years so its time to replace the original. To my surprise Craftmatic was still in business thru their online website, and could replace the original mattress based on the serial number I provided to their representative, ***** ********, 12/31/2024. To good to be true! The price total was $ ********, however, Mr. ******** requested an EFT check not a credit card, and wanted me to inform my bank to release the funds because sometimes they have problems. At this point, I had a Mr. ******** on speaker with a ****** bank representative speaking to each other making sure it wasnt a fraudulent transaction. To this date we have not received this new Craftmatic bed, but obviously the check was cashed. Several email exchanges with Mr. ******** in the beginning but no responses to my requests. 2/4/25 he wrote, they will be calling you Thursday or fri to set up delivery. 2/25/25 I wrote that I was still waiting and I need to know who they are, and a contact number. That email was not answered, nor are calls returned. I do feel strongly that I was scammed. But if you are able to contact Craftmatic and get my money back or just gives us the same exact bed replaced, that would be great.Customer Answer

Good morning, please read the attached emails with ***** ********* A mattress was delivered on 5/19/25. It was not the mattress that I ordered based on serial numbers I provided to Mr. ********* It was actually shorter than the base mattress. It was delivered by 2 Hispanic males, who hauled the mattress upstairs to the bedroom, and even they noticed that it was short and they communicated this to someone on their phone. Why is this important, because Mr. ******** wont issue a refund saying that we refused delivery!! We absolutely did not refuse delivery! We were ecstatic to finally replace this original bed from Craftmatic as you can decipher from reading all emails provided. How could we keep something that wasnt what we ordered. This is fraud! Mr. ******** made me believe that Craftmatic was still making the adjustable bed that we have. I couldnt have been more clear to him, of what I wanted. He was dishonest to not tell me the truth. A bate and switch to take my money and not give me a refund. He knew all along that I wasnt going to get the same mattress! Please ask the top management at Craftmatic if they still make the the adjustable bed that I have provided pictures of. If the answer no, why did Mr. ******** say yes? A refund is due to us. ***** from Craftmatic Adjustable Beds advised that they had the consumer measure the mattress before they ordered it for her. Then once it was being delivered she refused delivery. The consumer signed an agreement that states the ******** is non-refundable. However, ***** advised that the mattress is still in ******** at the warehouse if she wants it. ***** also stated that if it is truly the wrong size due to an inaccurate measurement, they are willing to replace it for her.

I am rejecting this response because: Prior to going ahead with the purchase from Craftmatic, I emailed him photos of the exact bed that we wanted replaced. Those photos also included the serial numbers, and yes of course we measurement it.
Why would we give him the wrong measurements? l've included with this message email exchanges of when *********** ordered the wrong mattress, and I corrected him. Perhaps this was the mattress that was sent to us. We did not refuse delivery. We accepted delivery, the delivery guys unboxed that mattress, placed it on top of the original and it was
"truly" the wrong size. Therefore, we return a mattress that was not what we paid for. As far as a signed agreement of non refundable, please refer to the email I sent him on 1/13/2025. I had to remind him to send me an invoice or confirmation of my order. The check was sent 12/31/24. He wanted a check not credit card. First red flag. The invoice that he sent does not have my signature, and this is the first time that I'm seeing in print " Delivered orders are non returnable and do not have any trial period." Again, this invoice was sent 14 days after *** ******** took my payment. Had I known this, I would not have gone through the purchase. It would have sent another red flag. But actually let me honestly. I would have gone ahead with it, because *** ******** had already in the first email stated that he was going to replace the same exact mattress. I trusted him at his word. Big mistake now, but he does have my money.
We still want our money back in full $2,025.88. If not, we'll get a lawyer and add on emotional distress. Thank you for taking the time to address this. I'm very concerned that Craftmatic has an F rating with BBB and there are hundreds more unanswered complaints with Craftmatic. Perhaps this should be a class action lawsuit since there are some many victims affected by this company!

On October 22, 2024 I googled Craftmatic and called ************** to order a new bed for my Mom. On November 16th I received a call from ***** at **************. He said he would order a new bed and that I would need to pay in advance by check. He requested the next check number, routing number and account number. I gave him the information and the monies were withdrawn from my Moms checking account on November 18, 2024.On November 16th I received an email from ************************************* to sign a contract, which I did, and then from ******************************* telling me my order has been processed.I have yet to receive the bed.Since then, I have tried to call ***** 5 times between 12/27/2024 01/23/2025, all of which went to voicemail, and I left a message every time.I also called **************, which is the number on the email I received from *******************************, on 01/08/2025. A man answered, told me my order weas being shipped next Monday 01/13/2025. I tried calling again 3 more times through 01/23/2025, but all I got was an answering machine and no reply to my voicemails.I would like a full refund of $3,824.63, which is the amount of the check I sent them. On Sept 1, 2024 I had paid in full for a double size adjustable bed frame that was to include levels of massage, head and foot adjustable. A cell phone charging station a separate remote operation and lights underneath. The adjustable mattress was to have a combination of coils and foam. Taxes. Delivery and set up included They lied to me 8 times. Including on 2 different dates in Oct. When they said it would be delivered within 24 to 48 hours and was never delivered. They blocked my calls. Only after I left a message that I had contacted the ************************** on Jan 2, did they send me a mattress only in a box I have not opened, which I want them to take back with them after setting up the entire new unit which is paid for. I also want $1000.00 from them for all the frustration. Hardship, high blood pressure. Stress and worries they have caused. This was prescribed by a Dr. ******* of injuries from my head all the way down my back that have never healed. Including cracks in my spine caused when a driver of a big, heavily loaded truck admitted he was not looking or braking when he hit me from behind . I NEED this bed and I need it now. Please help me. My wife and I purchased a bed from Adjustable Bed Enterprises. Price $4, ******, the purchase date was 10/5/24. The contracted delivery date was 10/22/24. The bed did not arrive on the delivery date. We contacted Adjustable Bed Enterprises on 10/23/24, 11/4,24,11/11/24, and 11/20/24.We have spoken with Ms. ***** ******** and Mr. ******* ****. Neither individual has provided us with so much as a tracking number for the delivery of the bed. It is now 30 days overdue. As of this morning when I spoke with Mr. **** he was unable to provide me any tracking or shipment information. When I attempted to request a contact for his supervisor he said, " I'll call you back in ten minutes and hung up on me.
