      Bought a bed. Mattress defective. Promises made but not followed through with. Have had several craftmatic beds over the years and have been satisfied. Not this time. Trying to get defective bed picked up and a refund. Filing a complaint with BBB and Attorney General.

      Im having trouble with a mattress that I bought my moma!!Its not working,Im not sure what is wrong !I just called craftmatic!The man that answered the phone was so rude to me !! Have been waiting on them to call me to set up an appointment to look at it!!No one has called yet!!He said it would show up as spam this company is spam ,they do not do what they say,and they sure dont care about their customers!!I told him I was going to write a review ,he said go ahead,do not buy a mattress from these people!!They do not care about what happens to their business !!! They are not a Proffesional business!!!

      I did not purchase the ***. It was purchased by my brother then passed on to me. Ive been using it for a few months. Everything works including the under-*** night light. I havent needed to contact Craftmatic for anything so I cant say anything about their customer service. I can only say that I find the queen *** to be functional and comfortable.

      I recently had made a down payment on a California ****************** and had payed them a deposit for $2000. I had a family emergency and had to cancel my payment and had requested a refund since it had been with the 30 days allowed by the company. They had made me make a Zelle Account to receive a refund, but nothing has come of it and the company has yet to properly contact me. Anytime I try to get in contact with the sales manager, I'm told by a Call Specialist that the representative is out of the office, and I have contacted them repetitively and left my number with them and they refuse to call me back. I have been more than patient with this company and I need this refund as soon as possible.

      BUYER BEWARE!!! PURCHASED THE CRAFTMATIC ADJUSTABLE SLEEPER *** NOV. 2023 SEVERAL MONTHS LATER THE HARDWARD BEGAN FALLING FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE **** ONE SIDE OF THE *** DOES NOT WORK WHICH DEFEATS THE PURPOSE. I CONTACTED THE ***** NUMBER MULTIPLE TIMES AND A RUDE MAN ANSWERS THE LINE STATING THAT HE WILL HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT YOU WHICH NEVER HAPPENS. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!!!

      I first heard about the company in 1988. Ordered the bed at the time and got it. No problem. Then go a another in 2015. Again no problem. But in 2023, it was not good. I called in early October and was told I would get the bed in 2 weeks. No bed. Then I emailed WFLA TV station, gave ******* ****** my info and was on TV 3 times. My mattress came in December. But no bed. Once again I called ******* and again back on TV. Again she made another phone call to the president of the company. I was promised to have the bed on the 5th of Dec. Then I got a call from the company that it was coming January 10th 2024. And it did. I called ******* and was on TV for the 3rd time. I do not understand to why and what happened to Craftmatic. It was such a great company and it went to hell in a hand basket. I am happy with the bed. I can tell you they could not wait to get rid of me. Never again will I deal with them. It's really sad when you have to fight to get what you ordered. I did find out online that Wayfair AND Macy's are selling the beds. People, be smart. DON'T BUY THE BED!!!!

      You did receive your bed, and Macy's and Wayfair DO NOT sell Craftmatic beds. I am sorry you were caught up in supply chain issues.

      I cannot recommend this product. I have a queen size split craftmatic legacy adjustable bed that I bought after seeing TV commercials for the product. The bed arrived and was set up by their associates on July 12, 2022. In December of 2023, one side of the bed refused to go up or down. After checking underneath, my husband and I discovered that the frame wasn't set up correctly. One leg was not adjusted to the correct length. I don't know if that caused the breakdown or not. I started contacting the craftmatic at the number on the warranty page, 1800######. I have called them 11 times, since the breakdown. I have been hung on; the phone number would not go thru a couple of times. I was told they would call back within certain times. When I did talk with someone, she walked me thru steps to reboot the controller. This was futile and I was given another number and was told to go thru the same steps again. When this did not work again, She said it was the computer in the motor and that would cost around $100.00 to replace if we put it in ourselves. She suggested I call the above number to have it covered by the warranty on the back of the manual. So, after many calls, they now just hang up on me. I have been very patient and am now going to my state's attorney general regarding this problem.

      I ordered a split king *** from craftmatic on May. 5-10-2023 and paid ***** dollars down on 7-17-2023 I paid the remaining price of *******. After many promised delivery dates with no *** I did received the mattresss. But no *** when called always an excuse why no delivery and a new promise of delivery but now its been 9 months and still no ***. Now when I call the mailbox is either full or if I can leave a message no call back never an answer always goes to voice mail. This company basically steals your money them ships the mattress to keep you quiet but no ***. I finally gave up and ordered a *** from another company was received in 5 days. I would never recommend this company

      My father, an elderly veteran, ordered the bed and it has been over a year and it never came and they will not refund him. I think its time we work on a class action lawsuit b/c there are hundreds of folks with the same story. We need to get every dime back from these scammers.

      I purchased a Craftmatic dual bed (King ***** on 5/5/2023 through internet sales. I assumed as they are the most recognized name for adjustable beds, this would be the best to buy. My husband is severely handicapped and we needed this bed in the worst way. I spoke with a based in ******* and she seemed as though she would be most willing to help me. Every time I called I received the same answer your bed hasnt shipped yet, whatever that meant. For 3-1/2 months this went on until the last phone call when I became irate and she in turn was truly nasty to me. I received no help in finding out when we would receive the bed. After this frustration, we called and cancelled the order. We never received a bed or a refund for $4,000+ from this company. I told my credit card company (USAA) and they said they did not have enough information to prove fraud. I have no bedI lost $4k. So not only am I disgusted with Craftmatic, but am just as irritated with USAA. I thought they helped Veterans. Not in this case they didnt. Im at my **** end as to what to do next. CRAFTMATIC NEVER SHIPPED OUR BED AND THEY TOOK OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!I called several weeks ago and requested a refund. The girl on the phone said I would have to speak to billing and that she would have them call me. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not received that phone call. Im in limbo.
