    They stole $140 from my bank account. I did not sign and don't know anything about this warranty. I have a warranty on my new car. Why would I get another? Refusing to give refund. Claim first to be Refinance, now giving out a fax number for cancellation and refund which beeps when you call.

    I cannot get anyone to answer my calls yet they deducted my card for $60 and are trying to deduct it again for $156.

    **** calls continue in MN, from local number, even though my number is on the DNC list and the company is based in Florida. 3rd strike and I did report them to the Do-Not-Call registry. Listened to the pitch today for about 20 minutes, just fun. Lady did not know about their three (3) levels of coverage on the website. I asked about their BBB rating, and the manager had to look it up - and she said Triple A rated!!! Yeah...right!!! There are two companies with similar names - one has a D, and this one has an F. I think I will pass on any services from either American Automotive Alliance...

    A complete scam. I am a senior citizen and took out this policy.I had problems with my transmission. I had it at my dealership.They did not honor the warranty (I see why) ************ had me to tow my vehicle to one of their shops. I shouldve became suspicious when he took so long looking at my vehicle.It took the claims adjuster over a week to come out and the person doing the work was harassing me telling me he was going to take my vehicle off the rack. It took about two days before he was calling me back stating they had denied my claim. Needless to say I had to pay the total amount.The dealership was charging less.I somehow suspected the shop owner was in on it as well. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company. I give them zero rating.

    This company falsified information on my car warranty and blamed me for not providing correct information when purchasing the policy in order not to pay the claim. These people have no problem taking my on time payment every month faithfully knowing all along they are hustlers and thrives. Deplorable customer service besides the lies CAR SHIELD promote to get your money by putting well known names for you to trust on TV while ripping you off. This should not be. I pray ???? God will one day open their eyes and let them see you cannot treat consumers this way and dont expect karma to come knocking.
