I emailed the director of admissions to request cancelation of enrollment on 05/31. He never responded. I called the school and spoke to his assistant Christine she took my information and said she will reach out to the bursar office to request my refund of $145 . I was scammed, and manipulated by their admissions counselor Ravi he told me I would only need to take 2 prerequisites and after I enrolled he says it is 3 prerequisites. He knew this all along and was not upfront so that was the deal breaker for me. I filed a dispute through my bank, and I demand my money back.

It is really sad to say but I was thoroughly disappointed with Keiser Universitys response to my issue. After year's of wanting to go back to school to ear my masters in psychology counseling, at 65 I decided now was the time. After doing all the necessary steps required by the school in obtaining my master's in psychology, they totally screwed up that dream beginning with the recruiting office. I began school and towards the end of the first class, I had a uncomfortable feeling about the classes I was taking. I reached out to staffing only to have them determine the classes I was in was for a masters in psychology research. I explained to them that was incorrect and it should have been for psychology in counseling. Following instructions again, I was told I should be able to enter the program only for them not to accept my entrance. Working with them and again, following directions, I was told by a staffer, I could enter the program and that from what they saw there shouldn't be a problem. After not hearing from anyone I reached out and was told that was not the case. I finally had a meeting with the president and a ****. I thought this surely would be a win for me. It turned out, I was told it would take two years to earn the degree and from there it was downhill once again. Curious, I looked back over my paperwork thinking maybe I had did something wrong to get me in this position. All my paper work showed a degree in counseling which was an indication the school mishandled my paperwork. Even though they sent me the remainder of the **** monies, I'm left with this debt. I was told to get back with them when I decided what I wanted to do. But by this time I felt exhausted and discouraged. My warning to anyone attending this school is... don't.
