    The Royal islander was sold I submitted all paperwork as an original owner of ********* membership ******. My brother and I sent all paperwork and did not receive or share of the residual rights. I have written and called with no action taken . This seems to be a common occurrence as I see all these complaints. Can you help me

    We own/owned a ************************ in the *************. The time has expired for the ********* ownership contract and the resort has been sold. According to the contract, members were to receive $5,059.00 at the end of the contract as Residual Rights Distribution from the *************. We received a Residual Rights notification on February 2024, with forms to fill out. The information required the name and address where the check was to be mailed. The forms and the information were completed and mailed to the required address provided, but as of today we have not received the residual money. I have sent a number of e-mails to Interval Servicing and I have not had any responses. I have also called Interval Servicing a number of times without success, and today November 11, 2024, I decided to try again. After staying in the phone waiting for almost 3 hours, some person answered, but when I told him why I was calling, he hang up. I called again and after waiting another 2 hours, a lady named "******" answered. She was reluctant to talk to me and when I told her that I was going to complain to Better Business Bureau, she gave me a phone number *************). I called this number and a man named "****** *******" answered, but after telling him why I was calling we got disconnected. I kept calling and calling and after about an hour a lady answered and told me that she was going to look into it. During all these months I have had health problems that kept me from looking for an answer in a consistent basis. I'm desperate and I do not know what to do next to receive the money that we are entitled to. I have read the complains and it seems that other owners have the same problem. I would appreciate your assistance and advise as to what do I suppose to do next. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    We were owners of a timeshare at ************* in ******. The hotel was sold and the proceeds were given to Interval Servicing for disbursement. We had owned 4 timeshare units and have received payment for 2 of the units. We have been calling, emailing, and sent certified letters to their disbursing office in *******, ******* without any replies. I have been on hold for hours listening to boring music without anyone responding. Their other office in **. ********** was closed a few months ago with no forwarding address. Interval's residual rights website indicates that our documents were received and payment will be processed. Those same comments have been listed for the past 4 months. We initiated this process in February, 2024. We are owed 2 payments of $5,059.Does anyone have a phone number, name or email address that would assist us in our quest to obtain what is legally and rightfully ours. Thank you

    I used to be a owner of a time share in the *********************. according with the my contract ****** I have a residual right from them ( *********************/interval servicing). I received from interval servicing on march 2024 the instruction forms, completed them, mailed back on march 12 2024. I have called them several times for updates only and I been left on hanging by hours with no response. It happened the same with several emails I sent with no response too. I been with their representatives personally on April 26 2024, answering that in a short time they will reimburse the residual right I have. Is time with no answer, so I need your assistance to receive my money.

    WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR "RESIDUAL RIGHTS" PAYMENT OF $5,059 FROM INTERVAL SERVICING FOR THE *********************. WE RECEIVED FROM INTERVAL SERVICING ON OR ABOUT MARCH 1, 2024 THE "INSTRUCTIONS" FORMS, COMPLETED THEM AND MAILED THEM BACK VIA REGISTERED MAIL ON MARCH 6, 2024 . WE CALLED THIS COMPANY ON MAY 1, JUNE 4, JULY 1 AND TODAY AUGUST 1. AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR UP TO 6 HOURS ON EACH CALL, WE WERE TOLD OUR DOCUMENTS WERE RECEIVED AND IN ORDER AND A CHECK WOULD BE ARRIVING IN TWO WEEKS. WE ALSO EMAILED THEM SEVERAL WITH NO RESPONSE. WE NEED ASSISTANCE TO RECEIVE OUR RESIDUAL RIGHTS PAYMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

    I own/owned a Royal Islander timeshare in ******, ******. The time has expired for the timeshare ownership and the resort has been sold. All members were to receive $5,059 - Residual Rights Distribution from the parent company, ********************. I received a "Residual Rights Notification" on February 26, 2024 with paperwork to fill out. The information was completed and mailed to the required address around the end of March/April, including information on the name and address where the check was to be mailed. As of today (7/31/2024) I have not received the check. There is a link where you can check the status of your distribution and a Message stated "Received complete documents from members. Payment will be processed by check." Under Status it stated "Payment sent to member." There was no date listed when this check was supposedly sent. I have tried for literally hours (on hold) in the past 2 days trying to contact the company via the number that they included. I've been disconnected numerous times. I have probably been on hold for at least 10+ hours in the past two months trying to contact them. I have also sent 2-3 emails and messages, with no response. Finally, in desperation, I called the Reservations Number for the resort itself to get through to somebody. The person I spoke with also said that she could not get through to Interval Servicing, but she would leave a message for them. So far no response. I have read in your complaints that numerous other owners seem to have had exactly the same problems. Thanks for your consideration of this complaint. *****

    The company owes me money for the sale of a timeshare. I was notified that the sale is final, yet I have yet to receive my residual right distribution as in my contract.

    Complaint Summary: Unable to Complete Title Modification for Deceased Spouse; No Response from Interval Servicing Details:I am writing to express my frustration and seek assistance regarding my interactions with Interval Servicing. My husband and I have an agreement with them, and I need to complete a mandatory Title Modification due to my husbands passing. The agreement states:"If the information is incorrect (i.e., name change) or you are unable to provide a signature for one of the members (i.e., Member is deceased), please contact us immediately at ***************************************** to request and complete the mandatory Title Modification before completing the instructions form."I have made numerous attempts to contact Interval Servicing via email and phone without success:-Emails: Sent over 10 emails to *************************************************************************** with no response.-Phone Calls: Waited on hold for 6 hours once, only to be disconnected when I was second in line. I am currently on hold for over 3 hours.I am concerned that Interval Servicing may be out of business, as there has been no response to my attempts to contact them. This lack of communication is preventing me from completing the necessary Title Modification and receiving the residual rights payment of $5,059 USD owed to us.Desired Resolution:-Immediate assistance in completing the Title Modification for my deceased husband.Confirmation that Interval Servicing is still operational and will fulfill their obligations.-Prompt processing and payment of the residual rights amount as specified in the membership agreement.-I am seeking urgent help to resolve this matter as it has caused significant stress and inconvenience.

    Residual Rights Settlement of $5,059 payable to ***** and ***********************************.We mailed all required documents February 27, 2024.Due to no response or update to our account, we resubmitted documents May 6, 2024, via return receipt requested. It was signed for on May 20, 2024.I've emailed the company 3 times inquiring about the status and have received no response.I've called twice, the first call was April 16, 2024, I was on hold for 3 hrs and 22 mins before an agent answered. The agent said payments would go out the week of April 22nd.As of today, we've not received our disbursement. They updated our account saying we haven't submitted all the required documents but doesn't say what's missing.The 2nd time I called was today. I was supposedly 12th caller in the que and, after 3 hrs on hold, I'm now 5th caller in the que. We just want to know what is going on with our account and it's impossible to reach anyone.

    My husband and I are owners of a fixed week at the *********** in ******. We need copies of the original contract documents for our unit, a function handled by Interval Servicing. However, I have been trying to reach Interval Servicing over many weeks, sending 2 emails, trying their online Chat function and calling their customer service number, to no avail. In the case of phone calls, I have been put on several hours' hold only to be cut off at the end of that period. Since Interval Servicing is the gatekeeper of virtually all information and financial transactions involving our time share investment, our complete inability to contact them is very troubling, especially in view of the routine nature of our request for document copies. We sincerely hope you can help us. Thank you!
